★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλείσαμε ραντεβού για τεστ κοβιτ και όταν πήγαμε δεν μας το έκαναν με την δικαιολογία ότι τελείωσαν τα τεστ.
Το προσωπικό απαράδεκτο .
We made an appointment for a cow test and when we went they did not do it with the excuse that the tests were over.
Staff unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκλεισα ραντεβού για PCR και μου έκαναν το τεστ στο πεζοδρόμιο. Η δικαιολογία που μου είπαν είναι ότι δεν έχουν τις κατάλληλες υποδομές για να κάνουν την εξέταση σε εσωτερικό χώρο. Τα 60 ευρω όμως μια χαρά ξέρουν να τα χρεώνουν. Δεν υπήρξε ενημέρωση πριν την εξέταση ότι το τεστ θα γίνει στο πεζοδρόμιο (στην κυριολεξία στο πεζοδρόμιο με την πλάτη στον τοίχο). Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά, έχω κάνει αρκετά τεστ απο την αρχή της πανδημίας πουθενά δεν συνάντησα αυτήν την συμπεριφορά.. Κυριολεκτικά λες και ήμουν ζώο. Άμα δεν έχετε τις υποδομές ΝΑ ΜΗΝ ΚΆΝΕΤΕ ΤΕΣΤ.Αλλα για να τα τσεπωνετε ξέρετε... Δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπατήσω αλλά θα αποτρεψω και όποιον ξέρω από το να διαλέξει το συγκεκριμένο διαγνωστικό και στις άλλες περιοχές μιας και η πολιτική είναι ίδια. Ευτυχώς που δεν έκλεισα τεστ ΠΑΠ δηλαδή γιατί ικανούς τους έχω να το κάνουν κ αυτό στο πεζοδρόμιο... Τραγικοί απλά!
I made an appointment for PCR and they did the test on the sidewalk. The excuse they told me is that they do not have the proper infrastructure to do the examination indoors. But the 60 euros are fine, they know how to charge them. There was no information before the examination that the test would take place on the sidewalk (literally on the sidewalk with the back against the wall). Unacceptable behavior, I have done several tests since the beginning of the pandemic, I have not encountered this behavior anywhere .. Literally as if I were an animal. If you do not have the infrastructure DO NOT TEST. But to pocket them you know ... I am not going to cheat again but I will prevent anyone I know from choosing this diagnostic in other areas as well, since the policy is the same. Fortunately, I did not take a Pap test, that is, because I have the ability to do this on the sidewalk ... Tragic simply!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω επισκεφθεί το διαγνωστικό κέντρο αρκετές φορές και τους αξίζουν συγχαρητήρια. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και παρότι... φοβάμαι τις βελόνες, στις εξετάσεις αίματος δεν κατάλαβα το παραμικρό. Μπράβο!
I have visited the diagnostic center several times and they deserve congratulations. Very kind staff and although ... I'm afraid of needles, in the blood tests I did not understand the slightest thing. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάναμε μια εξέταση και το αποτέλεσμα που βγάλανε ήταν τελειως αναξιόπιστο.Πηγαμε και σε δυο αλλά διαγνωστικά τα οποία μας έβγαλαν και τα δύο το ίδιο αποτέλεσμα. Η απάντηση τους σε όλο αυτό ήταν ότι υπάρχει πρόβλημα (δικό μας) και να απευθυνθουμε στο γιατρό μας. Απλά απαράδεκτοι χωρίς ίχνος τσιπας και επαγγελματισμου.
We did a test and the result they got was completely unreliable. We went to both but diagnostics which both gave us the same result. Their answer to all this was that there is a problem (ours) and we should contact our doctor. Just unacceptable without a trace of chip and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λανθασμένο αποτέλεσμα PCR που στοίχησε σε εμένα και την οικογένεια μου την έγκαιρη επιστροφή μας στην Αγγλία, χώρα διαμονής μας και €1200 σε αεροπορικά έξοδα!
Έλαβα αποτέλεσμα positive, non- detectable κι όταν ζήτησα να διορθώσουν το λάθος έστειλαν σε λίγα λεπτά κ προφανώς χωρίς να ελέγξουν το δείγμα, positive, detectable! Την επόμενη ημέρα φυσικά δε μπόρεσα να ταξιδέψω και πήγα στο διαγνωστικό κ ζήτησα να ξανακάνουμε PCR, χωρίς χρέωση, το οποίο αρνήθηκαν με μεγάλη αγένεια! Πήγα στο διαγνωστικό Medical Ν.Μακρης όπου έκανα εκ νέου PCR κ το αποτέλεσμα βγήκε αρνητικό!!!
Ήμουν σίγουρη πως ήμουν αρνητική, αφού όλη μου η οικογένεια ήταν αρνητικοί κ δεν είχαμε έρθει σε επαφή με κανέναν! Μάλιστα, πριν κάνουμε το PCR είχαμε κάνει κ rapid tests τα οποία ήταν επίσης αρνητικά!
Το λάθος τους μας κόστισε την έγκαιρη επιστροφή μας και €1200 σε εισητηρια!
Αντιμετωπίστηκα με τεράστια αγένεια από την υπάλληλο ή οποία άνοιξε το διαγνωστικό με 20' καθυστέρηση το πρωί της Πέμπτης 30/12 και έλεγε πως αδυνατεί να επικοινωνήσει με κάποιον υπεύθυνο! Έχω όλα τα στοιχεία που επιβεβαιώνουν τις δηλώσεις μου κ σκοπεύω να κινηθώ νομικά.
Wrong PCR result that cost me and my family our timely return to England, our country of residence and € 1200 in airfare!
I received a positive, non-detectable result and when I asked to correct the mistake they sent in a few minutes and obviously without checking the sample, positive, detectable! The next day, of course, I could not travel and I went to the diagnostic and asked to do PCR again, free of charge, which they rudely refused! I went to the diagnostic Medical N. Makris where I did PCR again and the result came out negative !!!
I was sure I was negative, since my whole family was negative and we had not come in contact with anyone! In fact, before doing the PCR we had done rapid tests which were also negative!
Their mistake cost us our timely return and € 1200 in tickets!
I was treated with great rudeness by the employee who opened the diagnostic with a 20 'delay on the morning of Thursday 30/12 and said that he was unable to contact anyone in charge! I have all the evidence to confirm my statements and I intend to take legal action.
