The worst place i have ever been with another one. When u go to the vet u expect them to care at least as much about the pet as the money but this place .. dnt say u havent been warned when u have to look for them to learn ur pet has died !!! No professionalism ,no empathy but a lots of lies

The vet is amazing! We started going there when our kitten was only a baby and we never want to see a different vet. Staff is so friendly and very helpful and you can see they have passion for helping animals. Me and my partner dont speak Greek and thought it might be an issue, but we were wrong! The vet and staff speaks perfect English and they can easily explain everything. We are so happy we found this clinic! Such a shame I cant give them more than 5 stars as they definitely deserve more credit!

It is Iasis Zoon's fault that we lost half of our precious holiday during these dark times as the Vet's aren't on the same page! Totally unprofessional. I was given one set of information by one vet prior to my dog being spayed and completely different set of information from another vet after! The situation was we were going camping and wanted to take our dogs I began looking for an appointment 3 weeks in advance. I had visited this vet before so I called them. The earliest appointment they had was the 31st of june and we were to go on the 6th July. The Vet on the phone spoke fluent english, answered all my questions and concerns about whether I should find another vet for spaying sooner in order for my dog to have maximum recovery time I had said we were camping at the beach so obviously sand would be involved. The vet INSISTED that my dog would have enough recovery time, she just couldn't swim for 5 days after the op. I followed up with are you sure etc... yes, yes.... So I kept the appointment. The surgery was great no complaints there. BUT on leaving I was told I could feed my dog an hour after leaving. Well I didn't feed her for a few hours and when I did she got sick! Which is apparently very common and they SHOULD NOT EAT AFTER ANESTHESIA! My greek boyf rang the vet just to check it was normal and the vet said yes, my boyfriend said ok because we're going camping. Well..... that vet then said no you can't go camping for 2 weeks she shouldn't be in the sand etc.... We were FURIOUS, we had to delay our holiday and have less time on holiday because of this mistake. People have commented that we should have known the recovery time. I'm sorry but I should be able to trust information given to me by a vet. What was the purpose of this? Was was the purpose of this?!?! Did the just want me to book and pay money and not care about what happens to my dog afterwards? Horrible.

Polite, working long hours but in the end bad doctors. They don't have a clue when it comes to diagnosing the pathology of an animal. Maybe they are good with breaks or accidents but not psthology. Briefly, they relied on a previous diagnosis of my cat back in July and they insisted on the treatment of this while my cat stopped eating due to in the end of liver and kidney disease.They insisted on administering a heavy for the liver drug...Thank God I went to another clinic and my cat is now safe and healthier...
