Καμία ενσυναίσθηση απέναντι σένα μωρό για τις πρώτες του εξετάσεις.Τραγικός χειρισμός, τραυματική εμπειρία για το μωρό όπου ταλαιπωρήθηκε πάρα πολύ.Αίμα δεν πήραν αλλά έκαναν αιμάτωμα . Επίσης μου είπαν να επανέλθω μετά απο κάτι μέρες για άλλη μια προσπάθεια όταν θα ήταν εκεί μια συγκεκριμένη κυρία. Όλο αυτό θα είχε αποφευχθεί αν από την αρχή μας έλεγαν ότι δεν αναλαμβάνουν αιμοληψία σε μωρα. Δεν το συστήνω.
Zero professionalism. No empathy for you baby for his first exams. Tragic handling, traumatic experience for the baby where he suffered a lot. They did not take blood but they made a hematoma. I was also told to come back after a few days for another attempt when a particular lady would be there. All this would have been avoided if we had been told from the beginning that they do not take blood samples from babies. I do not recommend it.
