★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in the customer service and the behavior of their staff in the reception. I asked them to provide me my medical exams in English - for my private insurance- and after chasing them for a week, in the end, they have responded, that it can’t be done. Would I recommend them? Nope! Would I EVER go back? Certainly no. Fortunately, there are other options in the island!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID especially for COVID testing. Very unreliable. You will not be able to reach them as their phones almost never work and they do not reply to emails. Although the gov has set maximum prices for COVID testing in Greece - they charge more.
