P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a serious hospital with super modern facilities and specialists in every field. For the record I was not hospitalized here but needed to see a specialist same day and have a lab test done while in Thessaloniki. The whole process was handled extremely smoothly by their international patients department that set up a consultation with me and I saw a doctor when I wanted and had lab test results within 2 hours. My appointment was schedule for 2, arrived at 12:45, saw a doctor at 1. Left at 1230 and had lab test results at 3. That is quite impressive by any standards. I visited another international hospital in Athens and this one seems far more professional and better managed. Update. I had to be hospitalized here for one night and the doctors and staff are amazing. Facilities are fantastic. You have good food 24 hour cafe with espresso and alcohol and if you are lucky you get a room with a view of the sea and sunsets. Nobody likes to stay in a hospital but if you have to, come here. You will be extremely well taken care of.

The nursing staff is also very good with everything running perfectly so you can recover properly and fast. Expensive but serious and professional.

Prof. Dr Viktor Vital and Dr. Josef Vital are the best doctors I know, I am very happy to know them, they have treated my medical condition in the best way, thank you Docs from the bottom of my heart! Thanks and all the best to all staff who works in this hospital.
J	Johnaki 1990 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the big and most modern facility hospital in Thessaloniki. Brraaa. Those guys just hurt the reputation of once the got. We waited for 5 hours with a 20 months baby in 39.5 fever. UNACCEPTABLE. No humanity at all. Just the lady in the front desk with the rapid tests. She was polite and kind. I WONT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE. Don't bite the big name. It's totally not worthy.

V	Vasileios Patonis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tragic experience. you book appointment but they not tell you the name of the doctor you will see. but they explain very very well the crazy money you have to pay. tragic. i not recommend this clinic for nobody.

It is a modern building with clean spaces covered in granite and other stones (mostly grey and white colours). Large parking space (although sometimes is difficult to find a free spot). There are green areas, too.
j	jenny papapostolou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave birth in this hospital. There are so many things I could say (it’s a long story) but I’ll just say my experience was horrible. The facilities and rooms are nice, but I found the majority of the people I interacted with were very rude. They didn’t bring me my baby until 8 hours after he was born…they would take the baby for hours a day without telling us why or where, which made it difficult to feed him. They also knew I wanted to exclusively breastfeed but made it impossible to do because they took him. So then They gave him formula without our consent and knowledge and came the last day we were leaving to ask us to sign papers for our permission. Wouldn’t let us leave our rooms or walk around. We did have probably 2 or 3 helpful midwives but the majority we interacted with were cold and unhelpful. Also there was a time where all of our private medical information was read out loud in a group in front of other mothers about our babies and their needs/weight. I felt this was very unprofessional. Maybe we don’t want everyone knowing our own medical details. I was extremely disappointed and definitely will not give birth here again. I’ve had other experiences for other needs here and it was ok.
