We had a PCR COVID test two days ago and instead of sharing the results directly with us, they use one of the most complicated ways they could think for us to access them. Vioiatriki was much much better back in April sharing the results directly with us by email. Same was the Swiss laboratory we used when in Geneva, Switzerland, they used our email address as well.
M	Maria Tselios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a gastroscopy at 13:00 which meant fully fasting until then. That to me was already a stretch but was told that it’s max 10 min. Waiting for the day of my appointment my friend told me that it took her 2 hours (waiting, paperwork etc at the same facility) plus 30 min was forbidden to eat cause of the drug they use. They never gave me a heads up that I might starve until 15:00!!! To warn me if I was physical ok for something like that. They never thought I might get a headache or faint from this deprivation. Which is likely for me. If they had ask about myself they would highly suggest me only morning appointments even if they meant I had to wait days- weeks. But they didn’t cause they don’t care. I then cancelled asking the 50 euros i had paid for the mandatory covid test. It was never returned to me!
M	Michael Davies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cruise companion had a fairly severe asthmatic condition so we disembarked at Piraeus and came to the clinic as the travel insurer said that they would cover it. All care was excellent and my companion was cleared to rejoin the cruise a week later when the ship was back in Piraeus. All staff spoke good English and put my companion at ease quickly. I was able to stay in the same room to provide company and support.

V	Vicky Papailiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I had from a doctor in my life, if I can say that he was a doctor..! Visited him due to my insurance’s reference! Dimitrakopoulos Konstantinos I strongly advice you to avoid visiting him if you need orthopedic advice ! Find someone else.

They claimed they could not reach my insurance company so I had to pay the all expenses upfront, then when I asked for a medical report to provide to the insurance company doctor in the emergency room started to curse and even punched his computer... I was literally shocked... This is a medical professional I am talking about... Stay away from that hospital
C	Carmen Lawrence on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immediately after discharge, I had to see one specialist immediately as stopping one medicine made me very sick. Within a few days, it was determined that all the medication changes they made, based on hunches rather than knowledge, were not only wrong but dangerous. I am still struggling with my health, particularly resetting the medications I need. Actually, everyone was very nice, but I went there for my health not congeniality. Additionally, once it turned out that my insurance didn’t want to pay, all hell broke loose and I was treated with irritation and resentment. I will not enter that hospital again no matter what. Because the concept of malpractice does not exist in Greece, I must be grateful I survived this horrible medical care and write it off as a bad experience. How this hospital calls itself professional is beyond me. Stay away!
