G	Georgios Mavropoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The procedure went fast, smoothly and most important state of the art equipment. These three qualities give calmness to the patient.
D	Despina Sanoudou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iatropolis Chalandriou has an excellent reputation for it equipment and quality of MRIs. However, it currently suffers from very poor organization, very long waiting times (in my case 3.5 hours wait), some impolite and inexperienced members of staff (admittedly some talented professionals as well), and worse of all, unpredictable and inaccurate turnaround time of results. This is the 9th day after an MRI, the secretaries are giving a different information every time we call, but the results are still awaited! Unfortunately, in the COVID era, the halls were crowded and there was no soap in the bathroom. I have never come across such poor healthcare service in any private healthcare facility.

V	Voicu Albu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for a brain functional MRI. I needed this tremendously to get a timeline of the changes my brain is going through, to be used in court at a later date. They refused to do it, on the reason that functional MRI is only used to locate tumors. I’m not joking, this was the given excuse to kick me out of the building. My brain is under constant attack with an unidentified technology. I have some objective evidence and there is also an existing precedent very well covered in the news and research groups. Unfortunately, before I even got to open my mouth, I was classified as “flat-earth lunatic” (or worse) and removed from the very means that could have proved my case. To clarify, I was paying for the procedure myself. There was no reason not to go ahead and get a record of my brain state.
G	Georgia Konstantinou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the MRI department consists of young, inexperienced, just out of the school doctors. The lady doctor at the CT department was blunt and unfriendly. Not a good experience for a patient that feels insecure and anxious. The administrative staff was just indifferent and lacking a smile. The equipment is great but this is not enough. They deal with people suffering from something they have to be more humanely.
d	danai Efthymiopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ while i asked several times to arrange an examination in a specific machine they kept putting me in a different machine. also i asked several times for a speceific doctor to check my results and another doctr did it.
T	Thomas K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The administrative staff is great, everyone is really kind, from the security guard to the appointments section and the secretariat. The medical staff, though, was unorganised, time-consuming and not really kind, with one bright exception.
G	George Sklivanitis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on Friday for a COVID PCR test. They told me that the results will be available on Monday. I paid 60 euros on the day that I took the test. It's Monday 9:30p and still no results! The call center kept re-routing my call. The fourth time I called a representative mentioned that the results will be available after midnight on Monday due to the increased load in the system.
