Κ	Κίτσος Ορφανόπουλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους καλέσαμε το φθινόπωρο του 2019 για πρόβλημα στη θέρμανση μονοκατοικίας. Διέγνωσαν βλάβη στον καυστήρα, πρότειναν αλλαγή του και προχωρήσαμε με αυτόν που μας υπέδειξαν (Riello ΡG0.1/369T1), ο οποίος εγκαταστάθηκε την 23η/12/2019. Μετά από λίγες μέρες τα προβλήματα έγιναν εντονότερα και ο κήπος γέμισε κάπνα. Περάσαμε ένα μήνα δοκιμών, έκριναν ότι ο νέος καυστήρας ήταν ελαττωματικός και μας τον αντικατέστησαν με έναν άλλο την 5η/2/2020. Έγινε επίσης καθαρισμός λέβητα και καπνοδόχου, αλλαγή μπεκ, προσθήκη φίλτρου και γενικά όλα όσα ζήτησαν (τεχνικοί της Icon ήρθαν περίπου 10 φορές). Όμως την άνοιξη του 2020 τα προβλήματα συνεχιζόντουσαν και μας σύστησαν να προχωρήσουμε στην αλλαγή λέβητα (με αρκετά μεγαλύτερο κόστος από όσα είχαμε ξοδέψει ως τότε). Το Φύλλο Συντήρησης που μας παρέδωσαν (αφού είχε εγκατασταθεί ο καυστήρας Riello) αναφέρει ότι ο υφιστάμενος λέβητάς μας έχει ονομαστική ισχύ 46,5 kW, ενώ ο καυστήρας που τοποθετήθηκε είχε μέγιστη ισχύ 35,6 kW. Η ελαττωματική απόδοσή του δεν είναι, λοιπόν, έκπληξη. Όλο τον προηγούμενο χειμώνα μείναμε ουσιαστικά στα κρύα. We called them in the fall of 2019 for a problem in the heating of a house. They diagnosed a fault in the burner, suggested changing it and we proceeded with the one they indicated to us (Riello PG0.1 / 369T1), which was installed on 23/12/2019. After a few days the problems became more intense and the garden was filled with smoke. We spent a month of testing, they judged that the new burner was defective and they replaced it with another one on 5/2/2020. Boiler and chimney cleaning was also done, nozzle change, filter was added and generally everything they asked for (Icon technicians came about 10 times). But in the spring of 2020 the problems continued and they advised us to proceed with the change of the boiler (at a much higher cost than what we had spent until then). The Maintenance Sheet they handed us (after the Riello burner was installed) states that our existing boiler has a nominal power of 46.5 kW, while the burner that was installed had a maximum power of 35.6 kW. Its flawed performance is therefore not surprising. All last winter we stayed essentially cold.
