Due to a major family circumstance we were not able to arrive anymore. I kindly asked for a cancellation but they still charged us! In such hard times this is not acceptable!!

This place is amazing!!! Cozy and confortable, quiet and clean, located right on the beach. The owner and the staff are doing an excellent job! Tasty food and great atmosphere overall. A big round of applause for the live music event. The beach has one of the most beautiful sunsets we ever saw! We can't wait to come back for a longer stay.

Being in the luxury industry since decades this was a super relaxing 11 nights stay at Icon Suites. What you meet on spot is not a team its a family and thats exactly what you feel as a guest. Beside that we are talking a perfect beachfront location with walking disctance to Restaurants, bars, supermarkets or ATM. A special thank you to Thomas and Sotiria who served us excellent, Christos who created brilliant cocktails and as well to Christina and Maria from the Reception who are always willing to listen to any demand. Congratulation to the owners bringing such a team together which is a huge job. The task was mastered superbly. Staying in a Deluxe Suite 1st floor was the best decision and highly recomended. The only suggestion for improvement is adding a bit more space in the bathroom to place utensils and to offer fresh brewed coffe for breakfast. Small details in an overall oasis of well-being. Excellent location, good food, terrible manager who made our stay very unpleasant. The sad part is that the others who work there are trained in the same manner. First time and definitely the last time at Icon. You feel like you’re always watched by the manager and told “don’t do that”, “dont do this”. During our stay, there were multiple conflicts between the manager and the clients from the hotel or from the beach. If you are travelling with a toddler, please avoid this location, it is not kids friendly at all and you will get frustrated like we did. Everything there is so perfect, but it comes with a price: you don’t get to enjoy the authentic Greek hospitality, because there are so many things you are not allowed to do.

The location is beautiful and clean but we didn’t enjoy our stay there because the manager was always present to make sure nobody breaks the rules. After the first day we only slept there and went to some other places where we felt really welcomed. We weren’t allowed to stay on the beach at night to smoke a cigarette, they indicated to go to the beaches around, we couldn’t eat anything from outside even if it was the food for the kids around. Many people had issues with the manager because it felt a little bit like prison. The place looks amazing, i think the manager needs to be changed. Don’t go there unless you want strict bedtime hours.

The review is only for the restaurant and beach bar. We have spent two days at the beach of Icon Suites, were we had very good service from Thomas, he deserves to be manager. Enjoyed lunch in a very well designed and luxurios restaurant. The food was very good and afordable. P.S. Thomas if you see this review, we gave you five stars as you deserve :D
