Γενικά ενημερωμένοι και το προσωπικό ωστόσο κατά καιρούς έχω παρατηρήσει αστοχίες στην ενημέρωση ή την περιγραφή των προϊόντων. Να ενημερωνεστε από τους παρουσιαστές του showroom αλλά πάντα να διασταυρωνετε τα τεχνικά στοιχεία με τους πιο ειδικούς. Very satisfactory showroom with a wide range of company products. Generally informed and staff, however, from time to time I have noticed failures in updating or describing the products. Be advised by showroom presenters but always cross the technical details with the most expert.
V	Vasilis A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για τα προιοντα δεν εχω να πω κάτι καθως ούτως ή άλλως είναι ποιοτικα. Βάζω 5 αστέρια για το αψογο σερβις εντος εγγυησης κ την αμεση εξυπηρέτηση. Πρόκειται για μία μπαταρία κουζίνας η οποια παρουσιασε αστοχια στη λαβή της. Επικοινωνησα με το σερβις κ την επόμενη ο τεχνικός ηρθε κ την επισκευασε. I have nothing to say about the products as they are quality anyway. I put 5 stars on perfect warranty service and prompt service. It is a kitchen battery that failed to handle it. I contacted the service and the next technician came and repaired it.
S	S P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SHOW ROOM: Βλέπεις τα προϊόντα με την ησυχία σου. Μεγάλη ποικιλία. Επειδή συνήθως εξυπηρετούν 2 άτομα, καλό είναι να την επισκεφτείτε σε ώρα που δεν έχει κίνηση. ΠΡΟΪΟΝΤΑ: Αγόρασα προϊόντα (έπιπλα, νιπτήρες, μπαταρίες, λεκάνες, καθρέπτες) για 2 μπάνια (ένα κυρίως και ένα wc). Μετά λόγου γνώσεως σας λέω: ΞΕΧΑΣΤΕ την IDEAL όπως την ξέρατε κάποτε. Πχ. - Οι νιπτήρες "χάνουν". Οκ είναι πορσελάνη, αλλά ο μικρός νιπτήρας μου με πλάτος 54 εκ. χάνει περίπου μισό πόντο στο οριζόντιο ενώ ο μεγάλος 80άρης κάνει κούρμπα στο κέντρο. Ήμαρτον - Η κρεμαστή λεκάνη TESI II, καίτοι πανέμορφη και σχετικά φθηνή, είναι κακοκατασκευασμένη (ελαττώματα στο σμάλτο). Την έστειλα πίσω, ταλαιπωρήθηκα και τελικά αγόρασα (πληρώνοντας την διαφορά) μια Vileroy & Boch. Εκ των υστέρων πληροφορήθηκα ότι έχουν κι άλλοι θέματα ποιότητας με το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο. - Οι μπαταρίες νιπτήρα (μία TESI και μία STRADA) πιάνουν με τη παραμικρή σταγόνα ίχνη από τα άλατα. Και μιλάμε για νερό Αθήνας Β.Π. και όχι κάποιου νησιού. Το ίδιο νερό δεν αφήνει κανένα ίχνος σε χρωμέ μπαταρίες GROHE, HANSGROHE, FRANKE, τις οποίες επίσης χρησιμοποιώ. Ειδικά η STRADA πιάνει λεκέδες από το νερό για πλάκα! - Οι καθρέπτες είναι οκ αλλά η επιφάνειά τους γδέρνεται σχετικά εύκολα. Προσοχή στο ξεπακετάρισμα! SERVICE CENTER: Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Να το έχετε υπόψη σας αυτό γιατί είναι σχεδόν βέβαιο ότι θα τους χρειαστείτε. SHOW ROOM: You see the products in peace. Wide variety. PRODUCTS: I bought products (furniture, sinks, faucets, basins, mirrors) for 2 bathrooms (one main and one wc). For the sake of knowledge I tell you: FORGET IDEAL as you once knew it. E.g. - The sinks "lose". Ok it is porcelain, but my small sink with a width of 54 cm loses about half a point in the horizontal while the big 80's makes a curve in the center. Ήμαρτον - The hanging basin TESI II, although beautiful and relatively cheap, is poorly made (defects in the enamel). I sent it back, suffered and finally bought (paying the difference) a Vileroy & Boch. I was later informed that there are other quality issues with this model. - The sink faucets (one TESI and one STRADA) catch with the slightest drop traces of salts. And we are talking about water of Athens B.P. and not of an island. The same water leaves no trace on chrome GROHE, HANSGROHE, FRANKE batteries, which I also use. Especially STRADA catches water stains for fun! - The mirrors are ok but their surface is relatively easy to peel. Be careful when unpacking! SERVICE CENTER: Very helpful. Keep this in mind because it is almost certain that you will need them.

Ο τεχνικός ήρθε αλλά απεφάνθη ότι κατά τη μεταφορά υπέστη χτύπημα οπότε δεν είναι δικό τους λάθος οπότε έφαγα άκυρο παρόλο που ήταν εντός του χρόνου εγγύησης.... Άραγε γτνυπαρχει η εγγύηση στον πελάτη? Που φυσικά ουδεμία σχέση έχει ούτε με τη μεταφορά ούτε με την τοποθέτηση? Τι ακριβώς καλύπτει δεν έμαθα ποτέ... The new bathtub after months showed a tear .... The technician came but said that during the transport it was hit so it is not their fault so I ate invalid even though it was within the warranty period .... Is there a warranty on the customer? Which of course has nothing to do with transportation or placement; I never learned what exactly it covers ...

Σε βλάβη που εμφανίστηκε στο καπακι της λεκανης του WC, μας ενημερωσαν οτι δεν επισκευάζεται και θα πρεπει να ξηλωθεί ολη η λεκάνη απο υδραυλικο με ότι αυτο συνεπάγεται !!! Ο υδραυλικος που φωναξαμε (εκτος του ότι γελαγε) μας ενημερωσε ότι το μονο που χρείαζεται ειναι 2 βιδες εκτονωσης (6€). Εννοείται οτι απο την IDEAL εισεπραξαν 35 ευρω επισκεψη για 5λεπτη παρουσία και γελοία εκτίμηση του προβλήματος Απαράδεκτοι οχι μόνο για την χρεωση αλλα και την αγνοια επισκευης των προιόντων τους!!! Complete ignorance by the service technicians. In case of damage that appeared on the lid of the WC basin, we were informed that it is not repaired and the whole basin should be removed by a plumber with all that entails !!! The plumber we shouted (apart from the fact that he was laughing) informed us that all that is needed is 2 expansion screws (6 €). It is understood that from IDEAL they received 35 euros visit for 5 minutes presence and ridiculous assessment of the problem Unacceptable not only for the charge but also the ignorance of repairing their products !!!

Όταν γράφτηκε η αξιολόγηση, το φθινόπωρο του 2021, δεν υπήρχε έκθεση της ideal standard στη συγκεκριμένη διεύθυνση, ούτε και κάποια πληροφόρηση για το εάν έχει μετακομίσει κάπου αλλού. It is closed. When the evaluation was written, in the fall of 2021, there was no report of the ideal standard at that address, nor any information on whether it had moved elsewhere.
