I	Ioannis Balis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέτρια/κακή εξυπηρέτηση: ζήτησα κάποιες πληροφορίες να προστεθούν στο rapid test , τις οποίες ζητά η αεροπορική μου για να ταξιδέψω. Έβαλαν τις μισές από αυτές που ζήτησα ισχυριζόμενοι ότι οι υπόλοιπες βρίσκονται στο QR code. Ο σκοπός πρέπει να είναι η καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη και όχι του εργαζόμενου. Επίσης δεν τηρήθηκαν οι ώρες των προγραμματισμένων ραντεβού. Κατανοώ τον μεγάλο φόρτο εργασίας αλλά σε αυτή την περίπτωση (α) ορίστε πιο αποδοτικές διαδικασίες πχ κρατήστε ημερολόγιο ραντεβού, queue system και (β) προσλάβετε άλλον ένα εργαζόμενο - μια κυρία εξυπηρετούσε 20 άτομα ταυτόχρονα. Καλή συνέχεια Moderate / poor service: I asked for some information to be added to the rapid test, which my airline is requesting to travel. They put half of the ones I asked for claiming that the rest are in the QR code. The goal should be to better serve the customer and not the employee. Also, the times of the scheduled appointments were not observed. I understand the heavy workload but in this case (a) set more efficient procedures eg keep an appointment, queue system and (b) hire another employee - one lady was serving 20 people at a time. K	Kyr zaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα ραντεβού με την σύζυγο, για αξονική και κάποιες άλλες εξετάσεις, έγιναν όλα στην ώρα τους, με εξέπληξε οι ευγένεια του ιατρικού προσωπικού, μπράβο, χρειαζόμαστε τέτοια διαγνωστικά Κέντρα, στην γειτονιά μας!!! I made an appointment with my wife, for an X-ray and some other examinations, everything was done on time, I was surprised by the kindness of the medical staff, well done, we need such diagnostic centers in our neighborhood !!!

They forget to report the rapid to the gov resulting in problems at work, schools, etc. Epic unacceptably. For the third time today ?
P	Purple Crystal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the prices are higher than in other similar places. we are supposed to book an appointment over the phone however, nobody answers it. tried for 2 days until i finally got them. tried morning hours, PM hours and evening hours - no answer ! i hope you will improve on that as it is the last thing that a sick person need is to try to get in contact with you for hours/days.
