Θ	Θεοφάνης Χατζής on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραίο μοναστήρι. Ανοίγει για τον κόσμο τον 15 Αύγουστο στην γιορτή της Παναγίας. Βρίσκεται σε δύσβατο σημείο με στενούς δρόμους και απότομες στροφές. Αξίζει τον κόπο να το επισκεφτείς. Very nice monastery. It opens to the world on August 15 at the Feast of the Virgin Mary. It is in an inaccessible area with narrow roads and steep turns. It's worth a visit.

Είναι μέσα σε ένα πανέμορφο φυσικό περιβάλλον, πολύ κοντά στην Καλαμάτα. Οι μοναχές είναι πολύ φιλόξενες. Είχαν την ευγένεια να μας προσκαλέσουν να παραμείνουμε στον εσπερινό και την παράκληση. Εντυπωσιακή η θαυματουργή εικόνα της Παναγίας Ελεούσας και οι αγιογραφίες. Αξίζει την επίσκεψή σας. Ανεβάζω την φωτογραφία με το ωράριο της μονής για την διευκόλυνση των προσκυνητών. The monastery dates from the 8th century AD. The Catholic we see today was built in the 17th century. It is in a beautiful natural environment, very close to Kalamata. The nuns are very hospitable. They had the kindness to invite us to stay in the evening and pray. The miraculous icon of Panagia Eleousa and the hagiographies are impressive. Worth your visit. I upload the photo with the schedule of the monastery for the convenience of the pilgrims.
V	V CH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η Παναγία Βοήθειά μας!!! Επίγειος Παράδεισος!!! Ηρεμία, Γαλήνη και Κατάνυξη σε ένα πανέμορφο περιβάλλον με υπέροχους κήπους και υψόμετρο όπου η θέα είναι εκπληκτική!!! Η Γερόντισσα και οι Μοναχές είναι πολύ ευγενικές και φιλόξενες και τα λόγια τους άγγιξαν πραγματικά τις ψυχές μας! Μνημονεύουν τα ονόματά μας στις Ακολουθίες και αισθανόμαστε την Ευλογία της Παναγίας πάντοτε! Our Lady Help !!! Heaven on earth!!! Calm, Peace and Overwhelm in a beautiful environment with wonderful gardens and altitude where the view is amazing !!! The Elder and the Nuns are very kind and hospitable and their words really touched our souls! They mention our names in the Sequences and we always feel the Blessing of the Virgin Mary!

Historic abbey in great location very close to Kalamata! It is worth visiting! There is the miraculous image of Our Lady of Dimiovitisas!

Η θέα της Καλαμάτας μοναδική , οι πλούσιες σε πράσινο πλαγιές σε κάνουν να ξεχάσεις ότι είσαι μόλις 20-30 λεπτά από την Καλαματα ! Φυσικά η ιερή εικόνα της Παναγίας και η μονή σε κάνουν να νιώσεις κάτι όμορφο! Αξίζει να το επισκεφτεί κανείς ειδικά την ημέρα του 15 Αυγούστου που είναι και η εορτή. Την προ κορονοϊού εποχή το γλέντι ήταν από το βράδυ , σκηνές παντού , με κόσμο γεμάτο , φαγητό άφθονο , αξέχαστες στιγμές ! Starting for the monastery the only evil is the narrow road, nature rewards you to the fullest! The view of Kalamata is unique, the rich green slopes make you forget that you are only 20-30 minutes from Kalamata! Of course the holy image of the Virgin Mary and the monastery make you feel something beautiful! It is worth visiting especially on the day of August 15 which is the holiday. In the pre-coronavirus era, the party was from the evening, scenes everywhere, full of people, plenty of food, unforgettable moments!
