Το σιδερένιο καμπαναριό στην οροφή του ιερού ναού, το επίσης σιδερένιο καμπαναριό στον προαύλιο χώρο της εκκλησίας με τα ιδιαίτερα διακοσμητικά στοιχεία και οι ανοιχτού γαλάζιου αποχρώσεις στα κιγκλιδώματα και την πόρτα αποδεικνύουν ότι ακόμα και το πιο μικρό παρεκκλήσι αξίζει την επίσκεψη του. Μαρμάρινη πλάκα έξωθεν του Ιερού Ναού μας πληροφορεί ότι : "Ιερός Ναός Άγιος Αθανάσιος Δωρηταί δια την ανέγερσιν Παναγιώτης Λέων, Παναγιώτα Λέων, Νικόλαος Ράπτης, Ευαγγελία Ράπτη, Σταύρος Ανανίας, Αριστείδης Ράπτης, Δήμητρα Δάβρη" Στο καμπαναριό έξωθεν του Ιερού Ναού υπάρχει μικρή επιγραφή που αναφέρει : "ΔΩΡΕΑ ΓΕΩΡΓΙΟΣ ΣΑΑΤ, ΙΩΑΝ. ΓΙΑΝΝΑΡΑΚΗΣ" The architecture of the church refers not only to other eras, but also to another country.
