Μετά δε την σεπτήν σου κοίμησιν, τα σα χαριτόβρυτα λείψανα, ο των όλων Δεσπότης, πηγήν ιατρείας ανέδειξεν. Ποικίλας γαρ ιώνται ασθενείας καί δύναμιν δωρούνται τοις ευλαβώς ταύτα ασπαζομένοις και αιτουμένοις την θείαν πρεσβείαν σου. Διό αιτούμεν σε και θερμώς παρακαλούμεν σε, τον την χάριν της ιατρείας κομισάμενον· τον ασθενούντα και δεινώς χειμαζόμενον αδελφόν ημών (….) επίσκεψαι και θεράπευσον εκ της συνεχούσης αυτόν ασθενείας. Πάντιμε και αγιώτατε πάτερ Λουκά, ελπίς αρραγής των ασθενούντων και κεκμηκότων, μη επιλάθου δωρήσασθαι τω αδελφώ ημών (….) την ίασιν και πάσιν ημίν τα ευφρόσυνα. Ίνα και ημείς συν σοι δοξάζωμεν τον Πατέρα και τον Υιόν και το Άγιον Πνεύμα, την μίαν θεότητα τε και βασιλείαν, νυν και αεί και εις τους αιώνας των αιώνων. Αμήν».
