★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου ήταν βασιλική με τρεις τρούλους. Ο ναός χτίστηκε κατά την επιθυμία της κυρά Βασιλικής, συζύγου του Αλή Πασά. Ο ναός φέρει στην κεντρική είσοδο χρονολογία κτίσεως 1811 και στο μέσο του θαυμάσιου ξυλογλύπτου τέμπλου χρονολογία 1860. Το 1954 ο ναός υπέστη σοβαρές ζημίες από σεισμό και καταστράφηκαν οι τρούλοι. The church of Agios Nikolaos was royal with three domes. The church was built at the request of Mrs. Vasiliki, wife of Ali Pasha. The church has a construction date of 1811 at the main entrance and a date of 1860 in the middle of the magnificent wood-carved iconostasis. In 1954 the church was severely damaged by an earthquake and the domes were destroyed. (Wikipedia)
