Είχα ψωνίσει πριν καιρό, την πρώτη φορά το ύφασμα ήταν τόσο στραβά κομμένο που οριακά μου έφτασε, τη δεύτερη φορά που ψώνισα μου είχαν βάλει 1 μέτρο αντί για 2 μέτρα που είχα ζητήσει και αρνήθηκαν να μου στείλουν το υπόλοιπο γιατί είχε λέει περάσει πολύς καιρός από την παραγγελία και την τελευταία φορά που ψώνισα, παρήγγειλα ένα ύφασμα με μια απόχρωση που είχα ξαναπαραγγείλει και ήταν εντελώς διαφορετικό από εκείνο που είχα παραγγείλει, παρότι δεν είχαν αλλάξει τη φωτογραφία στο σάιτ τους. Απευθύνθηκα τότε στο κατάστημα για να μου το αλλάξει και είπαν ότι δε γίνεται αλλαγή! Η αλήθεια είναι ότι έχω ψωνίσει σχεδόν από όλα τα ηλεκτρονικά καταστήματα με υφάσματα. Είναι το μοναδικό κατάστημα με το οποίο είχα προβλήματα, σχεδόν σε όλες τις παραγγελίες και δεν υπάρχει καμία διάθεση από μέρους τους να λύσουν ή να βοηθήσουν σε κάποιο πρόβλημα. Πραγματικά δεν τους ενδιαφέρει καθόλου ο πελάτης. Unacceptable! I had shopped a long time ago, the first time the fabric was so crooked that it reached me marginally, the second time I shopped they put 1 meter instead of 2 meters I had asked for and they refused to send me the rest because it said it had been a long time since the order and the last time I shopped, I ordered a fabric with a shade I had re-ordered and it was completely different from the one I had ordered, although they had not changed the photo on their site. I then went to the store to change it and they said there is no change! The truth is that I have shopped from almost every online fabric store. It is the only store with which I had problems, in almost all orders and there is no willingness on their part to solve or help a problem. They really do not care about the customer at all.
