★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για την ανακαίνιση του σπιτιού μας, λάβαμε 4 προσφορές από ισάριθμες εταιρείες. Όταν συναντηθήκαμε με τον κο Γκιουμέ, μας κέρδισε με την εξαιρετική συμπεριφορά του, αλλά και με τις προσιτές τιμές.
Λάβαμε πολύ σύντομα την οικονομική του προσφορά, η οποία σε σχέση με άλλες εταιρείες, ήταν αναλυτική και επεξηγηματική και αποφασίσαμε να συνεργαστούμε μαζί του, μιας και ο ίδιος είναι πολιτικός μηχανικός μηχανικός και γνώστης των κατασκευαστικών λεπτομερειών.
Η μόνιμη κατοικία μας, δεν βρίσκεται στην Αθήνα και έτσι δεν μπορούσαμε να παρακολουθούμε την εξέλιξη των εργασιών από κοντά. Παρόλ' αυτά από τον κο Γκιουμέ, ενημερωνόμασταν σε καθημερινή βάση για όλα τα στάδια της ανακαίνισης του διαμερίσματός μας, μέσω φωτογραφικού υλικού και videos.
Εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος, επαγγελματίας και με συνείδηση, ασπαζόμενος πάντα τις επιθυμίες και τις ανάγκες μας.
Χαιρόμαστε πολύ που συνεργαστήκαμε με τον Γιάννη και τον συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιονδήποτε ενδιαφερόμενο.
For the renovation of our house, we received 4 offers from an equal number of companies. When we met Mr. Gume, he won us over with his excellent behavior, but also with his affordable prices.
We received his financial offer very soon, which in relation to other companies, was detailed and explanatory and we decided to work with him, since he is a civil engineer and knowledge of construction details.
Our permanent residence is not located in Athens and so we could not follow the progress of the works closely. Nevertheless, from Mr. Gume, we were informed on a daily basis about all the stages of the renovation of our apartment, through photographs and videos.
An exceptional person, professional and conscientious, always embracing our desires and needs.
We are very happy that we collaborated with Giannis and we unreservedly recommend him to anyone interested.
