★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα από τα καλύτερα γυμναστήρια της Καβάλας. Διαθέτει πληθώρα μηχανημάτων αλλά και ελεύθερων βαρών για όλες τις μυθικές ομάδες και το επίπεδο όσων γυμνάζομαι. Τα προγράμματα είναι εξαιρετικά και χαρακτηρίζονται από μεγάλη ποικιλία,με πιο γνωστό και αγαπημένο το body attack της les mills. Το προσωπικό είναι πάντα χαρούμενο, ευδιάθετο και έτοιμο πάντα να προσφέρει τις υπηρεσίες σε όποιον τους χρειαστεί. Τέλος αξίζει να σημειωθεί η απίστευτη θέα την οποία μπορεί κανείς να απολαύσει από το γυμναστήριο. Δε συγκρίνεται κατά την άποψή μου με καμία άλλη θέα από αλλά γυμναστήρια της πόλης
 One of the best gyms in Kavala. It has a variety of machines and free weights for all the mythical groups and the level of those who train. The programs are excellent and are characterized by a great variety, with the most famous and favorite being the body attack of les mills. The staff is always happy, cheerful and always ready to offer the services to whoever needs them. Finally, it is worth noting the incredible view that one can enjoy from the gym. In my opinion it does not compare with any other view from other gyms in the city
