Β	ΒΑΣΙΛΗΣ Κ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλήμερα όσο γίνεται πιο ευγενικά.....Προσπαθώ εδώ και μέρες να επικοινωνήσω με κάποιον υπεύθυνο, για ένα προϊόν που είχα παραγγείλει και βέβαια το παρέλαβα χωρίς να ξέρω οτι ηταν πιο ψεύτικο απο το κινέζικο , αλλά αν το είχα παραγγείλει απο την Κίνα είμαι σίγουρος οτι θα είχα παραλάβει το σωστό πράγμα και πιο αξιόπιστο, απορώ πως δουλεύουν αυτά τα καταστήματα ,και μετά λέμε γιατί δεν υποστηρίζουμε τα μαγαζιά του τόπου μας ..Απαράδεκτη αντιμετώπιση ,το λιγότερο που μπορώ να πω..Προσπαθώ τηλεφωνικά να έρθω σε επικοινωνία μαζί τους αλλά μάταια όλο το ίδιο επαναλαμβανόμενο μήνυμα ..ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΗ ΑΝΤΙΜΕΤΏΠΙΣΗ .... Good morning as kindly as possible ..... I have been trying for days to contact someone in charge, for a product that I had ordered and of course I received it without knowing that it was more fake than the Chinese, but if I had ordered it from China I am sure that I would have received the right thing and more reliable, I wonder how these stores work, and then we say why we do not support the shops of our place .. Unacceptable treatment, the least I can say .. I try to get in touch by phone them but in vain all the same repetitive message .. UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT ....

E	Elou 90's Kid (Elou_90'sKid) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έλαβα λάθος παραγγελία (μετά από τεράστια αναμονή για να την παραλαβω) δεν το ήξερα και πλήρωσα. Μου είπαν θα κάνουν αλλαγή και έχει περάσει μια εβδομάδα από όταν έχω στείλει το λάθος προϊόν. Καμία ενημέρωση και φυσικά στα συνεχόμενα τηλέφωνα που τους κάνω σήμερα δεν απαντάνε ούτε και στα 2 emails που έχω στείλει σήμερα. Σημείωση: απάντησαν ότι μετά από μια εβδομάδα δεν έχουν λάβει την λάθος παραγγελία που έστειλαν σε άλλον και ήταν δικιά μου (είχαν πει στο τηλ ότι ζήτησαν στον άλλον πελάτη να μην παραλαβει καθόλου, άρα αδικιολογητη η τόση καθυστερηση). Τους απάντησα ότι θέλω να παραλάβω εφόσον περίμενα τόσο καιρό και ζήτησα εκτίμηση του πότε θα παραλάβω. 4 ημέρες καμία απάντηση στο μέιλ που ζητησα εκτίμηση του πότε θα παραλάβω την σωστή παραγγελία. Απαράδεκτοι. Ενημέρωση 2: Μετά από έναν μήνα ταλαιπωρίας καταλήγουμε στην επιστροφή χρημάτων. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας. I received a wrong order (after a long wait to receive it) I did not know and I paid. I was told they would make a change and it has been a week since I sent the wrong product. No information and of course the continuous phone calls I make to them today do not answer even the 2 emails I have sent today. Note: they replied that after a week they did not receive the wrong order they sent to another and it was mine (they had said on the phone that they asked the other customer not to receive at all, so such a delay is unjustified). I replied that I want to receive since I have been waiting so long and asked for an estimate of when I will receive. 4 days no response to the email I asked to estimate when I will receive the correct order. Unacceptable. Update 2: After a month of hassle we end up with a refund. The conclusion is yours to make.
N	Nora P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι όσον αφορά την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία προφανώς και δεν το σήκωναν ποτέ! Παρήγγειλα στις 27 Ιανουρίου, στην παραγγελία μου υπήρχε προϊόν που ήταν κατόπιν παραγγελίας στις 3 Φεβρουαρίου μου είπαν πως στις 5 του μηνός υπολόγιζαν την αποστολή από εκείνους... 16 Φεβρουαρίου μου είπαν θα το κοιτάξουν αν έχει σταλεί διαφορετικά θα μου βάλουν πίσω τα λεφτά μου και πως μόλις θα είναι διαθέσιμα θα μου τα στείλουν με δωρεάν μεταφορικά και αντικαταβολή... Ανά διαστήματα έστελνα email να ενημερωθώ αν θα τα πάρω ποτέ αλλά απάντηση δεν πήρα ποτέ όπως και ούτε την παραγγελία μου....και φτάσαμε Απρίλη σαφώς και δεν θα έρθουν ποτέ!! Συνεπώς δεν είναι το πρόβλημα μόνο στην επικοινωνία μέσω τηλεφώνου... Unacceptable in terms of telephone communication obviously and they never picked it up! Απο τοτε έχουν περάσει 4 μέρες, συνεχίζουν και δεν απαντάτε στα τηλέφωνα ουτε βλέπουν μηνύματα και η παραγγελία μου ακόμα να ερθει Because you do not answer the phones, I went through the bass store and .... they told me tomorrow they will send it to me by courier after 2 it will be my home. 4 days have passed since then, they continue and you do not answer the phones or see messages and my order is yet to come
