Συμπεριφορές που δημιουργούν το συναίσθημα "αυτό το εμβόλιο κάνουμε και αν σ αρέσει", δημιουργώντας αντανακλαστικά άρνησης, δεν αρμόζουν σε επαγγελματίες υγείας. Όταν στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία δίνεται η εντύπωση ότι προέχει το να "βγει" το πρόγραμμα του ιατρείου και όχι η υγεία του πολίτη είναι λογικό και επόμενο να δημιουργούνται αντιστάσεις, αμφιβολίες και τελικά να ακυρώνεται το ραντεβού. Η διευκόλυνση του εμβολιαστικού προγράμματος είναι ευθύνη όλων μας και οι υγειονομικοί πρέπει να λειτουργούν σαν παράδειγμα για την σύναψη σχέσης εμπιστοσύνης με το κράτος και όχι να λειτουργούν με τρόπο που δημιουργεί αρνητικά αντανακλαστικά στον πολίτη. It is good for all health professionals to remember that vaccination is an act of responsibility not only for those who receive it but also for those who perform the medical procedure. Behaviors that create the feeling "we do this vaccine even if you like it", creating reflexes of denial, are not appropriate for health professionals. When the telephone communication gives the impression that it is more important to "get out" of the doctor's program and not the citizen's health, it is logical and next to create resistances, doubts and finally to cancel the appointment. Facilitating the vaccination program is the responsibility of all of us and health professionals should act as an example for establishing a relationship of trust with the state and not operate in a way that creates negative reflexes in the citizen.
