★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 ραντεβού σε διάστημα 2 εβδομάδων για μια ανανέωση ασφαλιστικής ικανότητας . 2 φορές για να με εξυπηρετήσουν και αν δεν ζητούσα να απευθυνθώ σε κάποιον υπεύθυνο για να εκθέσω το παράπονο μου για την ταλαιπωρία μου θα έπρεπε να ξαναπάω και τρίτη φορά . Αντί τα πράγματα να γίνονται ποιο εύκολα με την πάροδο του χρόνου, κάνουν την τρίχα τριχιά με την απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά τους και την γραφειοκρατία . Κρίμα τις μεγάλες κουβέντες των πολιτικών , ότι τώρα όλα πάνε ρολόι !!!!
 2 appointments in 2 weeks for a renewal of insurance capacity. 2 times to be served and if I did not ask to go to someone in charge to report my complaint about my suffering I would have to go a third time. Instead of making things easier over time, they make their hair stand on end with their unacceptable behavior and bureaucracy. Too bad the big conversations of politicians, that now everything goes smoothly !!!!
