★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calling for information - you are kept holding whilst your ears are blasted with high volume "Our House" ( a bit disconserting, I felt a bit like I was rushing through Jumbo to quickly get my shop done as the very loud repetitive music drives you crazy)
My first call (although I presed all the relevant keys on the telephone keypad to speak to an English speaking consultant I got put through to a Greek consultant, who promptly put me back on hold for another 15 minutes :-( On a call back, a second time, finally spoke with an English consultant who was very pleasant and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel is very kind and helpful. The prices are more expensive here than in The Netherlands. And if you say that it is more far to bring the products and more expensive, what about the difference on the salaries between the two countries?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is like most IKEA stores, well laid out, friendly staff, clean, efficient. Pandemic has taken it's toll on some stock levels which are low for many things. Hopefully will recover now Pandemic restrictions are lessening. Restaurant a disaster in my view! The old layout and systems were a thousand times better than the new McDonald's style system. Hence the three stars from me.
