★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer a wide variety of foods. My meal was tasty and I'd definitely recommend the smoked salmon salad. The dressing was amazing. Nevertheless, my slightly overcooked, but the mashed potatoes were nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like Shopping Mall..IKEA kiffisou is among our favorite place as well. We used to have our lunch at weekend me and my sister. Clean sorrounding and most safe food that u can trust to put on ur stomach..??
Talking on ur home furniture and kitchen needs and so on. Then try to visit..im sure you would love to stay longer finding what u want..like us..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. I have been there the last year looking for the charger of the new rechargeable batteries. Every time they went out of stock... yesterday.... The champion of logistics that IKEA wants to be, is unable to have a charger for the batteries they sell. They don't even have normal batteries anymore. They are trying to be green but all they succeeded to do is to make their loyal customers angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a pretty decent pandemic protocol. I received a one hour time slot to do my shopping, which I booked online through their website.
I was grateful that I already knew exactly what I needed. One hour is probably not enough for people who want to browse.
Right at the end, I checked the clearance section and found a great deal! It saved me €20 on a table top!
The restaurant is obviously closed and so is the coffee shop and Food shop... so don’t expect to buy any pantry food items either.

Personnel is far from helpful. They are rude.
Not willing to answer questions on the floor.
Last time I had approached the Express cashier,
with less than 10 items. I made the "mistake" to carry those in a cart. One of the items was a larger mirror, and of course it was easier to carry that around with a cart.
The old lady started screaming that this is the express cashier.
When tried to explain that there are less than 10 items, she kept screaming that we cannot approach with a cart.... ?
Let's say you don't need to ask any help & you even decide for a self check out...
You think you will find everything that there is on display or the catalogue? ?????
Only half of the products are available at IKEA Greece!
There is no way to shop in-store or on-line,
and something you want is not missing.
There is always something missing!
As for on-line shopping - you might not be able to buy something online, even if there is plenty of availability in store...?
The concept of on-line shopping in 2022 for IKEA Greece is just for laughs.
You want to try and call customer service?
Good luck with the untrained people with poor communication skills working there.

They have a portion of eatery.
Ground floor ...fast food en d 1st floor like a restaurant .lots of menu u can choose.A special playground for the kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s IKEA, so it’s the same as every other store in the world… the only thing I advise is go early because it gets insanely busy, we went around 11am and it was manageable, but when we were leaving a couple hours later wow it was crazy, you couldn’t move!
Unfortunately you wouldn’t know we were in a pandemic. Social distance is nonexistent, and everyone touches EVERYTHING, so if you’re abit anxious by it all I would avoid it for sure.
Shopping online is a winner though!! Quick delivery, very helpful delivery guys with the heavier items, 10/10 recommend that.
Parking is multi-storey underground, which is great! It’s also easily accessible from public transport.
Nice staff throughout.
