Absolutely amazing resort !! Cannot find fault with this resort . The food is amazing , the resort is amazing and the staff are amazing .already booked to go back next year , no need to look anywhere else for a holiday ?

IKOS hotels are if a very high standard ....what they can't control are the unsupervised unruly children ....screaming .crying all day and night. Awful . IKOS should consider an adults only hotel somewhere . Not sure whether we would go again for this reason .

Excellent service-oriented resort We stayed mid of May for 8 days and had a very relaxing time. Weather was throughout the week good (20-29 degrees and sunny) with one afternoon of heavy rain. The guest distribution was mainly British with kids, a few Germans and French guests. There were kids all around but the adult only areas on the beach, pool and restaurant made it still decent and calm for couples. The really outstanding point about Ikos is the service. There is all the time staff around you offering to bring beverages, towels, food or even clean your sunglasses. Room cleaning comes two times per day, first to tidy up your room and then in the late afternoon to prepare your bed for sleep. Despite the high degree of service commitment, the staff was always extremely friendly and gave the impression that they enjoy it. Also you can book a free Mini Cooper for a day trip (be fast with booking). Well done! The resort itself is very well managed. There are all the time people around cleaning, fixing or managing the beautiful garden. This is really outstanding compared to other resorts. For breakfast we would recommend to go to the Provence restaurant as you get good eggs Benedict and pancakes here. Why only 4 stars? We were a bit underwhelmed by the à la carte restaurants. The website gives the impression that you get haute cuisine from Michelin star chefs. This is not the case. The food is mostly precooked and just assembled in the evening. The quality is the same as in the buffet restaurant but with better presentation. Still the food has a good quality. The large amount of free wines is really great but you should stick to local ones. The German Riesling for example was a rather low quality wine.

So... if one day I am lucky enough to go to heaven, I reckon I will open the pearly gates and there will be Ikos Olivia and I will turn to my wife and tell her 'I told you so'! We have been lucky enough to go about 5 times, we work in travel and travel with my father in law a former 5* hotel General Manager so I reckon we have a good steer on quality. We also travel with our kids and Ikos is great for all 3 generations. We came across Ikos when looking for the best all-inclusive and it has never disappointed since our first trip. From the greeting at the airport to the friendly informative transfer service, to the welcome, to the smooth check-in, to the ride past the herb garden to the room, to the detail of the cleanliness and uniformity of extras in the room ... I could go however I don't want you to discover it for yourself. My favourite thing about Ikos is that my only job every day is to be a great father and husband as Ikos covers everything else and that for me is priceless. I also enjoy the feeling of walking around with nothing in my pockets, don't need my wallet/phone/keys. We work hard for this once a year treat, it is the only hotel holiday we take possibly will take. I don't travel much as I try to keep my annual carbon footprint to under 5 tonnes however this is a treat I will spend the rest of the year saving my carbon for. Lastly, a quick thank you to Tania and Elissavet and the management team who recently, kindly went above and beyond to find an unbelievable resolution to a travel issue that arose for us, you inspire us with your level of service and generosity.

We are coming to the end of our second stay in less than a year. 1st time was outstanding and this time has been even better. An excellent hotel with friendly staff, lovely beach, beautiful grounds, spacious rooms and a real feel of luxury. Food and restaurants are quality and the selection of wines/ cocktails on offer is the best I’ve experienced. We have done a self driven boat trip with lunch and wine included (extra charge) and have also taken one of the Mini’s out for the day (no charge, only fuel) and explored the local area. No hesitation to recommend. A perfect experience all round. Thank you so much!

Such a beautiful place. It’s cliche to say the staff can’t do enough for you but they genuinely go above and beyond. Their only answer seems to be yes. Food and drink was plentiful and cheerfully delivered. Everything truly immaculately clean. I booked this short notice and was thrilled to find somewhere so good. Families will find it even better than us I think.

This holiday has been so chilled and relaxing. Great views from our room. Sea and pool view. Great for all ages. Lots of different sports to enjoy. Free bike hire with Olivia Ikos. We had a nice little bike ride.

Beautiful resort which really feels luxurious. The service was very attentive, particularly at the check in experience/ front of house and at each of the restaurants. The service at the pools was at times a little slow, with maybe only one person covering a lot of guests all at once. The pools facilities were all excellent, however we were able to use the deluxe pool luckily as the others did fill up quickly. The food was one of the main reasons we booked and we weren't let down - each restaurant offered really exceptional food and good variety. The wine was also very good and staff able to offer perfect suggestions (Greek white wine a new discovery for me!!) Only two real let downs for us were the weather, which was stormy and cloudy a lot, and the beach. We did make use of the MINI adventure and visited absolutely stunning clear water beaches only 30 mins away. Would definitely try another Ikos resort again!
