- some of the personal was not intressed by service and gave us bad service.
- tasteless food
+ AC was included in the price
+ Close to the beach
+ Nice rooms and we had a good cleaner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel at the beach. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. All inclusive, breakfast is very nice and the rest of the meals are great. Only minus is the gym, old machines and not working properly. Close to the rental of water toys. Probably located at the best part of the beach.

From Wi_fi connectivity to TVs and so on.
Remember we are in living in a world of technology and I am extremely disappointed with the outdated technology other than that a beautiful hotel and the pool is amazing with the view of the ocean ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was amazing from check in to check out. We were treated like family. My 3 year old daughter loved the Mikey mouse pool! Rooms are beautiful, clean, good a/c but could use some technology updating (example. Wi-Fi, Tv). I would definitely recommend staying here! Walking distance to shops perfect and beach was beautiful. Very happy as this was my first time to Crete and enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was nice too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Great view and right on beach. Beautiful pool and staff is very nice. Highly recommend this place. Rooms can use some updating but minor. Clean and very nice. Had Balcony and courtyard so was great. Sister in room across courtyard so we could play cards right outside our rooms together. Great location restaurants and everything near. Would rent it again if ever went back to Crete.
