Ειναι γνωστες και επαγγελματιες στο ειδος τους! Just the best, Thanasis is great, and the guys who made the placement perfect. I highly recommend them to everyone. Οι άνθρωποι είναι επαγγελματίες και εξαιρετικοί γνώστες του τι εστί ηλιακός θερμοσίφωνας καθώς δεν τον πουλάνε απλά αλλά και τον κατασκευάζουν . Πριν 4 χρόνια ζήτησα την συμβολή τους στην επίλυση ενός προβλήματος σε ηλιακό άλλης Καλαματιανής εταιρίας και έστειλαν τεχνικό σχεδόν την ίδια ημέρα ο οποίος προσπάθησε επι δύο ώρες να το λύσει. Παρόλο που υπήρξε βελτίωση της κατάστασης το πρόβλημα δε λύθηκε πλήρως. Έστειλαν πάλι τεχνικό 2 φορές και μάλιστα χωρίς χρέωση ώσπου το πρόβλημα λύθηκε σε ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνας ΆΛΛΗΣ εταιρίας. Τέτοιον επαγγελματισμό για προϊόν που δεν είχα αγοράσει από αυτούς δεν τον περίμενα ποτέ! Πριν 5 μήνες τοποθέτησα δικό τους ηλιακό ILIOSAK (στα πλαίσια του Εξοικονόμηση κατ΄οίκον ΙΙ) στο χωριό και όλα έγιναν όπως είχαμε συμφωνήσει . Η απόδοση είναι η μέρα με τη νύχτα σε σχέση με το προβληματικό άλλης μάρκας που περιέγραψα παραπάνω. Ακόμα και τον πολύ δύσκολο χειμώνα που είχαμε φέτος ο ILIOSAK είχε τουλάχιστον 10-15 Κελσίου παραπάνω απ τον άλλο που είχα αγοράσει απ το Ασπρόχωμα πριν 5 χρόνια. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα όχι μόνο για την ποιότητα που έχουν σαν ηλιακοί θερμοσίφωνες αλλά κυρίως γιατί είναι ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΕΣ που σέβονται τον πελάτη και τα χρήματά του. ΜΠΡΑΒΟ !! This store and the company ILIOSAK in general is a one-way street for a solar water heater, at least in Messinia. People are professionals and excellent knowers of what a solar water heater is as they do not just sell it but also make it. 4 years ago I asked for their contribution in solving a solar problem of another Kalamatian company and they sent a technician almost the same day who tried for two hours to solve it. Although the situation improved, the problem was not completely solved. They sent a technician again 2 times and free of charge until the problem was solved in a solar water heater OF ANOTHER company. Such professionalism for a product that I had not bought from them I never expected! 5 months ago I installed their own solar ILIOSAK (within the framework of Saving at home II) in the village and everything was done as we had agreed. The performance is day and night in relation to the problematic of another brand that I described above. Even in the very difficult winter that we had this year, ILIOSAK had at least 10-15 Celsius higher than the other one that I had bought from Asprochoma 5 years ago. I highly recommend it not only for the quality they have as solar water heaters but mainly because they are PROFESSIONALS who respect the customer and his money. WELL DONE !!
Y	Yiorgos Karakatsanis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ αγορά ηλιακου το 2009, και τοτε η εταιρία εγραφε γραπτή εγγύηση δέκα χρονια. το 2013 το καζανι φανηκε νά εχει ανοιξει και να στάζει. επικοινωνία με email με την εταιρια και τηλέφωνα, δεν ασχολήθηκαν ποτε. τελικά στο τελος το έφτιαξε ο υδραυλικός, δεν θυμάμαι το πρόβλημα ίσως ηταν κάποια τσόντα, το θέμα ειναι οτι η 10ετης εγγύηση θα πρέπει νά εχει και κάποιο αντίκρυσμα οταν υπάρχει πρόβλημα., γραφω τωρα το σχόλιο γιατί κοιτάω και πάλι για αγορά ηλιακού σε άλλο σπίτι και θυμήθηκα την εμπειρία. solar market in 2009, and then the company wrote a written guarantee for ten years. in 2013 the cauldron appeared to have opened and dripped. email communication with the company and phones, never dealt with. Ολα πηγαν τέλεια. Το προϊόν 2 ώρες μετά είχε "βράσει " το νερό. Courtesy and professionalism. Precise in their appointment for the installation of the solar water heater, clean in their work. They also took the old one for throwing. Everything went perfectly. The product 2 hours later had "boiled" the water.

Also Mr. Thanasis was extremely helpful and he spent so much time on the phone explaining all aspects of the solar heater. Actually this is one of the main reasons that I bought the solar heater from ILIOSAK and not from my usual go to place. Is very important for a company to give the time a customer needs. Bravo.
