Μ	ΜΑΡΙΑ ΧΑΜΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους κάλεσα στις 9:25 να ρωτήσω αν μπορούν να δεχτούν τον πατέρα μου εξηγώντας την κατάσταση. Μου απάντησαν, καλώς, ότι θα πρέπει να έρθει ο γιατρός, να δει το ιστορικό και να αποφασίσει ο ίδιος αν θα τον αναλάβουν. Η απάντηση ήρθε τελικά στις 17:30 ότι μπορούν να τον αναλάβουν αλλά δυστυχώς δεν έχουν αντρικό τμήμα!! Χάθηκε πολύτιμος χρόνος για κάτι που μπορούσα να ξέρω από τις 9:30 το πρωί.. ΑΝΕΥΘΥΝΟΙ I called them at 9:25 to ask if they could accept my father explaining the situation. They answered me well, that the doctor should come, see the history and decide for himself if they will take him. The answer finally came at 17:30 that they can take him but unfortunately they do not have a men's section !! Valuable time was lost for something I could know from 9:30 in the morning .. IRRESPONSIBLE

Εξαιρετική η υπεύθυνη Κα Ράνια με διάθεση πάντα να σε βοηθήσει και να δώσει λύσεις σ όλα τα ερωτήματα και τις απορίες σου. Τελειώνοντας να επισημάνω την άψογη συνεργασία με το νοσηλευτικό προσωπικό και την πάντα με χαμόγελο προϊσταμένη. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για την φροντίδα και φιλοξενία που παρέχεται στην μητέρα μου. Very good and happy staff, very clean environment, great care and respect for the elderly. Excellent or responsible Ms. Rania is always willing to help you and provide solutions to all your questions and queries. Concluding, I would like to point out the impeccable cooperation with the nursing staff and the always in charge with a smile. Thank you so much for the care and hospitality provided to my mother.

And by the end they told me they ll call later to tell me if they accept cases like these (which they advertise they do). Ofc they never called. I had to keep calling and 2 days later they told me they don't accept my grandma in the end! Couldn't the say that from the beginning and save me time ? No respect for us! Also the Prices are extremely High! Higher price than a room with a view somewhere else.
