Μεγάλη ποικιλία προϊόντων σε εξαιρετικές τιμές με άρτια γνώση και εξυπηρέτηση από μεριάς του καταστήματος! Both the eshop and the physical store are excellent! Large variety of products at excellent prices with thorough knowledge and service from the store!

Η τελευταία μου εμπειρία ωστόσο είναι πολύ δυσάρεστη αφού εδώ και 19 μέρες και παρά τις διαβεβαιώσεις των υπαλλήλων, περιμένω ακόμα να παραλάβω ένα προϊόν, που επίσης είχε παράδοση 1-3 μέρες, απλά και μόνο γιατί αδυνατούν να βρουν άκρη στο λογιστήριο με τις πληρωμές που κάνει ο κόσμος. Δυστυχώς αναγκάστηκα να ζητήσω επιστροφή χρημάτων. In the past I had made several purchases, always at much better prices compared to other pharmacies, and with immediate delivery (1-3 days as expected). My last experience, however, is very unpleasant since for 19 days and despite the assurances of the employees, I am still waiting to receive a product, which also had a delivery of 1-3 days, simply because they can not find an edge in the accounting with the payments that does the world. Unfortunately I had to ask for a refund.

Ευχαριστώ πολύ λοιπόν για τα δωράκια. Είσαστε άψογοι από κάθε άποψη. Ευχαριστώ και πάλι. I received my order yesterday (borgar & magnesium from Solgar and d3 from Health Smile) and I left a review via skroutz, but my comment about your generosity did not appear and it is a pity. A	Alexandra Tsakiri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενημέρωση 7/5/22 Μετά από το παρακάτω σχόλιο μου, έλαβα mails και sms με ενημερώσεις για το πακέτο μου οπότε πιθανόν η απουσία ενημέρωσης εν τέλει να οφείλεται σε κάποιο κώλυμα ή τον φόρτο εργασίας. Παρόλα αυτά η τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία χρειάζεται βελτίωση. Μια εβδομάδα και καμία ενημέρωση για την παραγγελία μου. Το χειρότερο είναι ότι είναι άφαντοι στα τηλέφωνα τόσο στο eshop όσο και στο φυσικό κατάστημα, στα όρια του scam. Κρίμα, αν το ήξερα θα επέλεγα άλλο κατάστημα. Update 7/5/22 After my comment below, I received mails and sms with updates about my package so probably the lack of update is ultimately due to some obstacle or workload. Nevertheless, telephone communication needs to be improved. One week and no information on my order. The worst part is that they are useless on the phones both in the eshop and in the physical store, on the verge of scam. Too bad, if I knew I would choose another store.
S	Silkenia Ema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει καλές τιμές αν κ τις έχουν ανεβάσει αρκετά τους τελευταίους μήνες..5 αστεράκια για την εξυπηρέτηση κ ευγένεια των νεων ανθρώπων που εργάζονται εκεί κ 2 γιατι παρόλο που οι παραγγελίες μου είναι συχνές, άλλες πολύ μεγάλες σε ποσό κ άλλες μικρότερες κ κάνω πάντα παραλαβή από το κατάστημα, μια φορά μόνο μου έδωσαν δύο δείγματα. Σε παραγγελία 80+ ευρώ. Τις προάλλες πήγα εκεί χωρις παραγγελία, για φαρμακα κ παραφαρμακα, έκανα λογαριασμό 40κ ευρώ κ ούτε ένα δείγμα. Δύο μέρες μετά σε άλλο φαρμακειο της περιοχής, με παραγγελια 8 ευρ, 5 δείγματα. Κ δεν είναι ψέμα ή δυσφήμιση αλλά πραγματικό γεγονός. Θα συνεχίσω να το προτιμώ λόγω περιοχης αλλά ίσως όχι τόσο συχνά πια όταν βλέπω στα σχόλια πως κ με 10€ παραγγελία κ με αποστολή βάζουν δείγματα ... ενώ άλλους πελάτες με πολύ μεγαλύτερα ποσά τίποτα Απάντηση στον κάτοχο. Το πάντοτε δεν ισχύει. Λυπαμαι για αυτό το μήνυμα πραγματικά. Κατανοώ ότι η διαθεσιμότητα δεν είναι πάντα μεγάλη, αλλά υπάρχει πάντα διαθεσιμότητα δειγμάτων εταιρειών. Κ δεν είναι για το 'ψευτοδωρακι, αλκα για την διάκριση. It was packaged really well using insulation and a freezer block to keep it cool. It was competitively priced. I would definitely recommend ilovepharmacy.gr and will use them again.
