Δυστυχώς έτσι δεν θα πάτε μπροστά. Έβαλα ασύρματο ίντερνετ που κυκλοφορεί τώρα τελευταία σε μισή τιμή από ότι το δίνουν αυτοί και σε φοβερές ταχύτητες. Βλέπω να γυρίζω στον ΟΤΕ μόνο και μόνο για την σταθερότητα του δικτύου. Τους κάλεσα, μίλησα με 2 διαφορετικά άτομα και την επόμενη μέρα το πρωί (Σάββατο), πριν τις 11 το πρωί όπως ζήτησα (για την ακρίβεια 9 παρά δέκα) ήρθε τεχνικός κ επισκεύασε τη γραμμή. Καθόλου ταλαιπωρία, όλα έγιναν γρήγορα. Σύμφωνα με τη δική μου εμπειρία, τα 5 αστέρια είναι λίγα, αν είχε κ παραπάνω θα έβαζα. Μπράβο τα παιδιά που χειρίστηκαν την υπόθεσή μου. Friday night, 10.30 am 3 days before May Day, internet problem with constant disconnections. I called them, talked to 2 different people and the next morning (Saturday), before 11 in the morning as I asked (exactly 9 instead of ten) a technician came and repaired the line. A	Advanced Yoghurt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΄Πριν δύο χρόνια εβαζα 5 αστέρια, τον τελευταίο μήνα τα πράγματα είναι τραγικά, το ίντερνετ αποσυνδέεται τυχαία 30 φορές τη μέρα και η εξυπηρετηση κοροϊδεύει τον κόσμο και αποκρυπτει την αληθεια. Κατηγορούσαν εμένα ότι δεν επανεκκίνησα το ρούτερ, ότι δεν εκανα το Χ.Ψ και σήμερα όταν απείλησα ότι θα αναγκαστώ να αλλάξω εταιρία, ο τεχνικός μου είπε ότι υπάρχουν 13 κανάλια τα οποία χρησιμοποιούν όλο και περισσότερα άτομα και ότι αυτό προκαλεί τις αποσυνδέσεις. Η λύση που πρότειναν είναι να μπαινω εγώ στο ρούτερ και να αλλάζω το κανάλι κάθε φορά που υπάρχει προβλημα χωρίς καμία εγγύηση ότι αυτό θα κάνει τα πράγματα καλύτερα, αυτολεξεί ο τεχνικός μου είπε ''μπορεί να τα κάνει και ΠΟΛΥ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΑ''. Κρίμα που σας εφαγε η απληστία και αυτό είναι το ευχαριστώ στον παλιο πελάτη, να αποσυνδεομαστε 100 φορές τη μερα και να λετε και ψεματα! ΜΗΔΕΝ!
