Our founder, Aman Preet Singh, had an idea to create a restaurant that was more than a place that served great food. Aman wanted to give locals a place where they’d always feel at home. A place where they could get no-nonsense food at down-to-earth prices, and where they’d be treated right by people who had a passion to serve.

β β β β β I am extremely disappointed with the Chicken Tandoori. Chicken tasted very poorly as it was cooked in the morning and served in the evening. That was confirmed by the waiter when I complained about the freshness of the chicken. I expected better quality and service.

β β β β β Indian Chef was our first stop in Athens. We hopped off the metro, and found it on the corner of a very busy street. Ordered Paneer & Prawn Curry, rice and Rotti. It was amazing and we absolutely love, love, loved it! The staff was friendly, the place was lovely. Although I do recommend sitting inside, the terrace is quite loud due to it being right next to a busy intersection.

β β β β β I hΓ’d Lamb Vindaloo (very spicy) and rice pulau to go. Food was very good, autentic Indian Kashmiri. Inside was large and very clean. Price clearly marked, staff very friendly. Can recommend warmly.

β β β β β Good variety is available here and the food is super delicious. Authentic Punjabi Indian dishes are served. The quantity is very good. It is a must visit restaurant if you are in Athens. We tried βEgg Curryβ and βKadhai paneerβ, both of them were awesome.

β β β β β We've been here twice and loved it each time. The people who run the place are kind and courteous. The service is very good and reasonable. The Indian curries are tasty and close to authentic (like back home). We've tried the Karahi Paneer, Baingan Bharta, Bhindi masala, chai, Manchurian, Indian souvlaki etc loved it all.

β β β β β Authentic Indian food in Athens!! Who would have thought that there is a chef somewhere in Athens who could cook the perfect vindaloo!? Although we stumbled upon this place by chance while trying to get to another restaurant, we have no regrets at all. Too good ?
