A	Alexandros Rizos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραπλανήθηκα δύο φορες για το κόστος του ελέγχου, την μια φορά στην πρώτη τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και την δεύτερη στην παράδοση του εκτυπωτή. Μου αναφέρθηκε και τις δύο φορές από το ίδιο άτομο ένα κόστος 35€ για έλεγχο το οποίο θα συμψηφιζοταν με το κόστος επισκευής αν προεκυπτε. Τελικώς δεν προέκυψε ανάγκη επισκευής καθώς επρόκειτο μονμ για ένα κομμάτι χαρτί το οποίο απλώς απομακρύνθηκε και ο εκτυπωτής λειτούργησε κανονικά. Κατά την παραλαβή του είδα στο παραστατικό ένα κόστος 43,4€. Δλδ τα 35 € που μου αναφέρθηκαν αφορούσαν την τιμή χωρίς το ΦΠΑ. Είπα στην υπάλληλο πως δεν μου αναφέρθηκε τίποτα σχετικό, με διαβεβαίωσε πως δεν κατάλαβα καλά και πως εκείνη αποκλείεται να μην το είπε. Όπως καταλαβαίνετε, κι επειδή δεν θέλω να αδικήσω κανέναν, η καλύτερη εκδοχή για την υπάλληλο είναι να είπε δύο φορές "35€ χωρίς το ΦΠΑ" κι εγώ να μην το άκουσα η να μην έδωσα σημασία. Ας πούμε ότι το δεχομαι, αν και ο λόγος που επέλεξα την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία ήταν επειδή κάποιος άλλος εξουσιοδοτημένος μου φάνηκε πολύ ακριβός (45€) οπότε απίθανο να μην προσεξα διότι έψαχνα ακριβώς για κατι οικονομικοτερο. Για ένα άνοιγμα και μια απομάκρυνση ενός κομματιού χαρτιού πλήρωσα 43,4€. Αυτά. I was misled twice about the cost of the check, once on the first phone call and the second on the printer delivery. Eventually no need for repair arose as it was a piece of paper that just came off and the printer worked properly. Upon receipt I saw on the document a cost of € 43.4. Dld the 35 € that were mentioned to me concerned the price without VAT. I told the clerk that I had not been told anything about it, she assured me that I did not understand well and that she could not have said so. As you understand, and because I do not want to wrong anyone, the best version for the employee is to say twice "35 € without VAT" and I did not hear or pay attention. Let's say I accept it, although the reason I chose this company was because someone else authorized me seemed very expensive (45 €) so it is unlikely that I did not pay attention because I was looking for something cheaper. For an opening and removal of a piece of paper I paid 43.4 €. That's all.
K	Kostas Tselios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου επισκέυασαν ένα Laptop HP Elitebook x360 1030 G3 χωρίς να αντιμετωπίσω κάνένα πρόβλημα συνεργασίας. Απλά παρέδωσα το laptop, κατεγράφησαν τα προβλήμα, επισκευάστηκε η ζημιά (αλλαγή μητρικής) εντός εγγύησης (στο 2+ έτος) και παρέλαβα απροβλημάτιστα το laptop έπειτα από 10 ημέρες. Υπήρχε προθυμεία για την επισκευή και την αμτιμετώσιση του προβλήματος μου από το πρώτο τηλεφώνημα και από τη γραμματεία και από το τεχνικό προσωπικό. Επιπλέον να ανφέρω ότι αποτάνθηκε στην εν λόγω εταιρεία, γιατί άλλα μεγάλα ονόματα του χώρου (εξουσιοδοτημένοι) ήταν πολύ δύσκολοι στην επικοινωνία. Τα συγχαρητήριά μου για την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών! I just handed over the laptop, the problems were recorded, the damage (motherboard change) was repaired under warranty (at 2+ years) and I received the laptop without any problems after 10 days. There was a willingness to repair and fix my problem from the first phone call and from the secretariat and the technical staff. In addition, I should mention that he approached this company, because other big names in the field (authorized) were very difficult to communicate. Congratulations on customer service!
