Really beautiful hotel in a quiet area of Fira. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our room was stunning, really comfortable and clean. Great pool area and nice breakfast. Only slight drawback was the light coming in from outside during the night.

Sara...Sara (the manager) absolutely made this trip for us! THANK YOU! After spending 2 weeks in Syros, we came to Santorini with no plans and from the moment the ferry pulled into port, Sara made sure we had everything we needed. She helped us plan things to do, made reservations for us, and was just a really awesome, friendly face- we miss her!! The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in Fira, walking distance to great shopping, food and views. Oh- and the breakfast brought to our room every day? Fantastic. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time in Santorini.

Sara is amazing, the room is beautiful, the pool is nice and relaxing and the location is even better. Breakfast is served as per your specifications on timing and what beverages you would like, you get custom recommendations and 24/7 ability to contact reception. Just amazing.

Infinity Collection is absolute bliss. From the moment we arrived at the ferry port, we didn't have much to worry about as we were taken such good care of. It starts off with the free transfer to the hotel (either from ferry port or airport). When we arrived, Sara greeted us with a complimentary welcome drink. She walked us thru everything, from what to do in Fira, where to eat, and then gave us a tour of the property and the room. She is always available to answer your questions. The room was spotless, and absolutely breathtaking. So was the pool! Breakfast was also great--plentiful and always prompt. One of the days, we were running a few minutes late for our tour, and Sara walked us down to the main road where we were supposed to meet our driver so that we wouldn't get lost. The location of the hotel is very near to the shops and restaurants, which was super convenient. We had such a great time at the Infinity Collection and were SO happy with our decision of booking here. It was such a unique experience. I definitely recommend staying here!

BEWARE OF MAKING A RESERVATION with this property DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC. They DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS OR CREDIT for a future travel SHOULD YOU TEST POSITIVE PRIOR TO TRAVEL. I am writing from the USA. Travel provisions from the US AND TO GREECE REQUIRE a NEG COVID TEST within 72hr of travel. My husband tested + on SUN 9/5 due to symptoms. We contacted the hotel on TUES 9/7 - SIX days prior to arrival to SANTORINI. We spoke w/ the Hotel Manager who told us the General Manager would have to make the final decision. An e-mail was sent on our behalf by Cheaptickets. I called Cheaptickets back today (9/13) to get the status of Infinity's decision and was told they COULD NOT accommodate any form of refund or credit because it was a "last minute" cancellation. We even offered to fax/e-mail the POSITIVE TEST RESULT to show proof of the need to cancel. They declined. We were terribly disappointed to have to cancel a 10 day tour of Greece that included visiting to Santorini. the INIFINITY COLLECTION FIRA IS THE ONLY FACILITY that failed to offer some sort of credit or refund completely when canceling the reservation as a result of COVID infection. I KNOW WE ARE ALL SUFFERING in one way or another from this PANDEMIC. However, this less than EMPATHETIC MOVE on Infinity Collection's leaves a lot to be desired of GREECE's tourism industry. We had an amazing time thanks to Sara. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are very nice and spacious. All around a wonderful stay and experience. Thank you again Sara.

Our stay was good at Infinity Collection. The staff was very nice. The only negatives were the shower was broken and the staff has been aware of this for over a month, I wish this would of been communicated to us because we would of booked else where. The bed is extremely hard and it is a hassle to get your luggage up to the property.

This place is AMAZING!! The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Our room was awesome, very spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Sarah really helped make our stay special. She is so kind and helpful, she made everything easy, with arranging dinner reservations and car rental and making perfect suggestions of things to do and see on the beautiful island. It’s a nice 5 min walk Into the town. I highly recommend staying here.
