I docked one star because I didn't enjoy their expensive Jamaican espresso. Stale, over roasted, rancid beans. No different than Starbucks.
I'd like to see Infinity step up their game with medium roasted specialty coffees, high end grinder, and grind per use. They could also train all staff to pull a shot as well as Demitri.
