Αυτή τη στιγμή έχουν αγγελία για σπίτι ότι είναι του 2018 και λένε τιμή ενοικίασης € 1200 ενώ χτίστηκε στις αρχές της δεκαετίας του 2000 από απατεώνα μηχανικό που τα άφησε στα τούβλα τότε και αφού σάπιζαν για χρόνια τα πήραν άλλοι, τα τελείωσαν και τα δείχνουν για νεόδμητα. Κι εγώ όταν πήγαν να μου νοικιάσουν σπίτι το 2011 έγραφαν ότι είναι 106 τετραγωνικά του 2007 και ήταν 92 του 2003...Σα να απευθύνονται σε ΟΥΦΟ... Timeless say other squares and ages of houses. Η γραμματέας ευγενέστατη, λεπτομερείς στα στοιχεία που μου ζήτησε προκειμένου να με παραπέμψει στον αρμόδιο μεσίτη. Ο Γιάννης εξαιρετικός, άμεσος και κατόπιν αρκετής έρευνας κατάφερα και βρήκα το σπίτι που έψαχνα. Με βοήθησαν πολύ και στα νομικά ζητήματα που προέκυψαν και με προστάτευσαν στους όρους του μισθωτηρίου. Μπράβο στα παιδιά. I contacted infocasa after a post I saw on a facebook page.
