Inglessis is my new favourite jeweler, even if they are 2.500 km away!
My experience:
Bought a watch from Inglessis - but was undoubtedly a very frustrating customer for them, as I "needed" to have the watch on another bracelet (that was hard for them to acquire) and with another clasp, than originally on the new bracelet. A setup that was not supposed to work, according to the watch manufacturer.
Yet even though I am sure they must have spend so much time selling me my watch, that there is no way they will have made any money from the sale, and even when it looked like we would have to cancel the sale, after they had already invested so much time in me, they were just helpful and polite. It really felt like their biggest goal was a happy customer, and not just to make a sale.
And in the end it all worked out, watch, bracelet and clasp fitting perfectly. THANK YOU INGLESSIS - I hope you read this too!
