Unacceptable service, every time they say we will call shortly it can take a whole day until I receive a call. Worse, I do not recommend it.

Y	Yannis Flouris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανάξια λόγου εταιρία. Το περιβάλλον διεπαφής είναι ικανοποιητικό και εδώ σταματάμε με τα θετικά. Ως υλικό (hardware) απαιτεί αρκετά καλώδια και συνδέσεις. Ως προϊόν cloud το κουτί του ειναι μεγάλο πρόβλημα. Λίγο να κουνηθούνε τα καλώδια ανεπαίσθητα χάνεται η σύνδεση και το σύστημα βγαίνει εκτός και χρειάζεται αναμονή κάνα δίλεπτο να είναι έτοιμο για χρήση (πολύ μεγάλο πρόβλημα τα καλώδια και η σύνδεσμολόγια). Βέβαια τα χειρότερα δεν είναι τα ανωτέρω. Εξαιρετικά δύσκολο να καλέσεις για τεχνική εξυπηρέτηση και να μην εκνευριστείς από το αλαλούμ και την έλλειψη κατάρτισης των υπαλλήλων. Σχεδόν πάντα καλώ για τεχνικό θέμα και βγαίνει υπάλληλος της εξυπηρέτησης ο οποίος θα δώσει μήνυμα στον αντίστοιχο της τεχνικής υποστήριξης (δεν ξέρεις πόσο χρόνο θα πάρει). Η διαδικασία ταυτοποίησης σπάει καρύδια θα έλεγα, ούτε να μάθεις τα μυστικά του κράτους τόσες ερωτήσεις παρ'ολο ότι δημιουργήθηκε ένας κωδικός για να συντομευει η διαδικασία, πολύ σπάνια ακολουθείτε. Σε ενάμιση χρόνο συνεργασίας έχει απαιτηθεί πολλές φορές να μπω στις ανωτέρω διαδικασίες. Το σύστημα που πουλάνε δεν είναι καθόλου απλό στο χειρισμό και στις λειτουργίες, την πρώτη φορά χρειάστηκαν ατελείωτες ώρες στη γραμμή, αρκετή ώρα να δώσω πρόσβαση με teamviewer και γαϊδουρινή υπομονή. Ο μόνος λόγος που ανανέωσα ήταν γιατί δεν είχα την άνεση χρονου να ξαναπεράσω όλη την αποθήκη σε ένα νέο σύστημα. Μετά από ενάμιση χρόνο το κουτί που συνδέεται μέσω cloud έπαψε να λειτουργεί, μετά από μια βδομάδα παρέλαβα το καινούριο αλλά παλι δεν γινόταν να είναι τόσο εύκολο να συνδεθεί. Στις 5.30 το απόγευμα ξεκίνησα την επικοινωνία, 10.30 που έφυγα ακόμα δεν κατάφεραν να "κάνουν τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες" για να λειτουργήσει και εννοείται δεν με ενημέρωσαν ότι σταματάνε να κοιτάνε την υπόθεση μου αλλά επειδή έκλεινα τους κάλεσα και για άλλη μια φορά το μαρτύριο να μιλήσεις με κάποιον από τεχνική εξυπηρέτηση. Η "Μαρία" απάντησε ότι θα συνεχίσουν οι ενέργειες και το πρωί και θα με καλέσουν. Επίσης στην έναρξη της συνεργασίας, με είχαν ενημερώσει για ένα σύστημα ανταπόδοσης χρημάτων βάσει συναλλαγών με μια οθόνη που δείχνει διαφημίσεις στον πελάτη. Αυτή ποτέ δεν έφθασε παρολη την ενημέρωση που τους έκανα πολλές φορές. Ανά εξάμηνο υποτίθεται με τιμολόγιο που κόβεται στο όνομα της εταιρίας επιστρέφεται πόσο, το οποίο από τον Αύγουστο που το έχω κόψει δεν έχει πιστωθεί. Κλείνοντας, αυτήν την εταιρία δεν θα την πρότεινα για συνεργασία σε κανένα επαγγελματία της λιανικής. Αδυνατώ να πιστέψω τις υπάρχουσες θετικές κριτικές διότι ούτε 3% της σχέσης συνεργασίας με την εταιρία αυτή εξ ολοκλήρου δεν πιστεύω να ικανοποιεί και τον πιο ολιγαρκή επαγγελματία. Worthless company. The interface environment is satisfactory and here we stop with the positives. As hardware it requires several cables and connections. As a cloud product its box is a big problem. If the cables move a little, the connection is lost imperceptibly and the system goes out and you need to wait for two minutes to be ready for use (very big problem are the cables and the connections). Of course the worst is not the above. Extremely difficult to call for technical service and not be annoyed by the alalum and lack of training of employees. I almost always call for a technical issue and a service employee comes out who will give a message to the technical support counterpart (you do not know how long it will take). The process of identification breaks nuts I would say, nor to learn the secrets of the state so many questions even though a code was created to shorten the process, you very rarely follow. In a year and a half of cooperation, I have been required to enter the above procedures many times. The system they sell is not at all simple to operate and operations, the first time it took endless hours on the line, enough time to give access with teamviewer and donkey patience. The only reason I renewed was because I did not have the comfort of time to move the entire warehouse back to a new system. After a year and a half the box connected via the cloud stopped working, after a week I received the new one but again it could not be so easy to connect. At 5.30 in the afternoon I started the communication, 10.30 when I left they still could not "do the necessary actions" to work and of course they did not inform me that they stop looking at my case but because I closed I called them once again the martyrdom to speak with someone from technical service. "Maria" replied that the actions will continue in the morning and they will call me. Also at the beginning of the partnership, I was informed about a money-based trading system with a screen that shows ads to the customer. She never arrived despite the information I gave them many times. Every six months, it is supposed to be refunded with an invoice that is cut in the name of the company, which has not been credited since August, when I cut it. In closing, I would not recommend this company for collaboration with any retail professional. I can not believe the existing positive reviews because not even 3% of the working relationship with this company completely do not believe that it satisfies even the most oligarchic professional.
