Π	Παναγιωτης Αθανασοπουλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επιεικος απαράδεκτη !πήγα για αγορά ενός μεταχειρισμένου αυτοκινήτου skoda fabia μετά απ τεστ drive και λόγο ότι μαρεσε σαν αμάξι λέω να το κλείσω ο πωλητής που μηλησα κανονισαμε την τιμή και επέστρεψα για προκαταβολή φυσικά στα 40 μου πρώτη φορά μου ζητήσανε να ξεχρεωσω αμάξι που δεν έχει γίνει μεταβίβαση!αυτό μου προκάλεσε ένα ανχος και φυσικά ακύρωσα το αμάξι!ίσος είμαι λάθος αλλά έχω αλλάξει 20 αυτοκίνητα και πρώτη φώτα μου ζητάνε αντιπροσωπεία να ξεχρεωσω πριν αγορασω Forgive me unacceptable! I went to buy a used car skoda fabia after a test drive and because it faded like a car I say to close it the seller I did not negotiate the price and I returned for a deposit of course at 40 I was first asked to debit a car that does not have transfer! this caused me an anxiety and of course I canceled the car! I'm probably wrong but I have changed 20 cars and my first lights ask a dealership to pay off before I buy
N	Nasos Astritis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν πήρα το αυτοκίνητο από επισκευή του καπακιού του κινητήρα και αφού αντικατέστησαν ότι έκριναν ότι χρειάζεται αντικατάσταση, άναψε η ένδειξη βλάβης κινητήρα στο ταμπλό με κωδικό βλάβης βραδυπορία εκκεντροφόρου. Η πρώτη απάντηση του υπεύθυνου ήταν ότι φταίει το μίγμα λόγω νοθευμένου καυσίμου!!! Μετά από μεγάλη επιμονή μου αποφάνθηκε ότι δεν επικοινωνεί η βαλβίδα μεταβλητού χρονισμού, η οποία αντικαταστάθηκε με καινούρια στην πρώτη επισκευή, με τον εγκέφαλο λόγω κάποιας ηλεκτρικής σύνδεσης. Στη συνέχεια κράτησε το αυτοκίνητο μια βδομάδα ξανά στο συνεργείο και δήλωσε ότι βρήκε μια οξειδωμένη επαφή την οποία καθάρισε!!! και το έλυσε το πρόβλημα. Παρόλα αυτά στην απίθανη περίπτωση που δεν λύθηκε το πρόβλημα (όπως και έγινε μόλις πήρα το αυτοκίνητο) θα πρέπει να αλλάξει τον εκκεντροφόρο γιατί ίσως χάνει μερικά χιλιοστά!!!! λόγω της πρώτης βλάβης. Το αυτοκίνητο το αγόρασα καινούριο από τους ίδιους και όλα τα service έγιναν επίσης στο ίδιο συνεργείο. Ποτέ δεν πρότειναν κάποια προληπτική επισκευή για αποφυγή του προβλήματος το οποίο είναι γνωστό για το συγκεκριμένο κινητήρα και όπως δήλωσε φταίει το ότι είναι πολύστροφος!!! Αν πράγματι φταίει ο εκκεντροφόρος πως δεν το είδε στην αρχική επισκευή κατά τη διάρκεια των ελέγχων που έκανε ώστε να κρίνει τι χρειάζεται αντικατάσταση; Δυστυχώς πήρα ένα πολύ ακριβό μάθημα. When I got the car from the engine cover repair and after they replaced that they thought needed replacement, the engine failure indicator on the dashboard with camshaft idle fault code came on. The first answer of the person in charge was that the mixture is to blame due to adulterated fuel !!! After much persistence I was told that the variable timing valve, which was replaced with a new one in the first repair, did not communicate with the brain due to an electrical connection. Then he kept the car for a week again in the garage and stated that he found an oxidized contact which he cleaned !!! and solved the problem. However, in the unlikely event that the problem is not resolved (as it happened as soon as I got the car) he will have to change the camshaft because he might lose a few millimeters !!!! due to the first fault. I bought the car new from them and all the services were also done in the same workshop. They never suggested any preventive repair to avoid the problem which is known for this particular engine and as he stated it is his fault that it is multi-speed !!! If the camshaft is really to blame for not seeing it in the initial repair during the tests it did to judge what needs to be replaced? Unfortunately I got a very expensive lesson.
Γ	Γιωργος Βασιλογλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάω το αυτοκίνητο για σέρβις 2 χρόνια τό έχω πάει τέσσερις φορές τρεις δεν έχω μείνει ευχαριστημένος καί από φανοπιηα καί από το σέρβις μου έχουν αλλάξει ανταλλακτικό επειδή έκανε θόρυβο μετά ξανά έκανε καί όταν το ξανά πήγα καί τό είδε άλλος τεχνικός μου είπε ότι αυτό κάνει έτσι θόρυβο αν έχει υγρασία, τό πήγα πριν μία εβδομάδα για σέρβις ούτε φώτα ούτε νερά έλεγξαν εγώ τούς τό είπα και για μία λάμπα πού δεν ανάβει μου είπαν να αλλάξω φανάρι καί για την σειρήνα του συναγερμού μου είπαν να αλλάξω συναγερμό . μόνο αυτοκίνητο δεν μου είπαν νά αλλάξω.εχω ενα ραμπιτ τού 15 I have been going to service the car for 2 years, I have driven it four times, three times I have not been satisfied with the body and the service, they have changed my spare part because it made noise, then it did it again and when I went again and saw it another technician told me it does noise if there is humidity, I went to it a week ago for service, neither lights nor water were checked, I told them and for a lamp that does not light, they told me to change the lantern and for the alarm siren they told me to change the alarm. only car I was not told to change. I have a rabbit of 15

Μια φορά που μου παρουσιάστηκε βλάβη με το μεγατρόνικ μου το τακτοποιήσαμε χωρίς παρενέργειες. I go the car for service 12 years. I am generally happy. I have not had any very serious damage. Once I got a fault with my megatronic we fixed it without side effects.
Θ	Θανασης Δημοπουλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά υπαλλήλων προς τους πελάτες.Με είχαν 3 μέρες σε αναμονή λέγοντας μου ψέματα για το ανταλλακτικό ότι έρχεται ( 1 βαλβίδα ). Επίσης αργούν παρα πολύ να εξυπηρετήσουν καθώς και η τιμές αυξημένες.πήγαινα 4 χρόνια εκεί αλλά δεν θα συνεχίσω. Unacceptable behavior of employees towards customers. They had me waiting for 3 days, lying to me about the spare part coming (1 valve). They are also too late to serve and the prices are high. I went there for 4 years but I will not continue.
