★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean areas, a lot of indoor and outdoor sitting places. Small cafe store with friendly staff. Free WiFi. Overall, a very nice bus station.

The clercs working there are extremely rude, barely do their job and begrudgingly respond(maybe) to some of your questions.
Other times, they (and one woman in particular) downright refuse to help you. Many times I've had to wait for them to finish personal calls before bestowing me the honor of her service.
Of course, more often than not, they will massively fail at the simplest of tasks due to a lack of 2 braincells to rub together to make a 3rd.
I can feel my IQ drop with every stupid word/question that comes out of their mouth.
The buses look like they transported troops during the second world war and were never re-newed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only qualification needed to work here is having had a lobotomy in the past 15 years. The clerks answer the phone as if you've murdered their entire family and the buses look like a prehistoric river bed. If you book a ticket you have to double check just in case you end up in Mordor by accident.
The website is a dumpster fire to say the least, with the bus schedules not being within the bounds of human perception or understanding, rendering the next bus' arrival time the most well kept secret in the universe.
Every time I have to use their services I regret being born.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus was fine but girl at desk didn't know where the bus to Athens can drop off people. Supposedly driver knew but it was his first trip. Dropped us off at the wrong place in the end...

First of all it has FREE WIFI?
Secondly it has plugs so you can charge your electronics before your NEXT TRIP!
AND it's very clean even the toilets. Thanks to the nice cleaning ladies. Last but not least the stuff there is also pretty nice. It has air condition. Thessaloniki you should copy all that. Φιλάκια πολλά?????
