Με ελάχιστο προσωπικό προσπαθούν να εξυπηρετήσουν δεκάδες πελάτες, η συνεργασία είναι λέξη ανύπαρκτη, και οι υπηρεσίες τους τριτοκοσμικές! Probably one of the worst companies I have ever worked with! With minimal staff they try to serve dozens of customers, cooperation is non-existent, and their services are third world!

Η τηλεφωνήτρια μόνο που δε με έβρισε λες και μου κάνει χάρη. Τελευταία φορά που ασχολήθηκα μαζί τους! Unacceptable at least! The most rude call center, I have been calling for a week now to tell me when I will receive the utility bills of the building. The answering machine only did not insult me as if it was doing me a favor. Last time I dealt with them!

Ζητάμε εδώ και μήνες τις αποδείξεις εξοφλήσεις κοινόχρηστων για να τα μοιράσουμε στους ενοίκους και δεν έχουμε πάρει τίποτα για μηνες. Και τα ανείσπρακτα που τους παρακαλώ να μου στείλουν είναι λάθος… τα διορθώνω εγώ για αυτούς. Πληρώνουμε για να κάνουν την διαχείρηση και τελικά την κάνουμε εμείς. Ντροπή!!! Unacceptable… do not answer the phone or emails. We have 4 months to get shared. We have been asking for utility bills for months to distribute to tenants and we have not received anything for months. And the uncollected ones that I ask them to send me are wrong; I correct them for them. We pay to do the management and finally we do it. Shame!!!

Εκδίδουν και παραδίδουν τα παραστατικά των κοινοχρήστων όχι κάθε μήνα όπως οφείλουν, αλλά πολύ πιο αραιά, οπότε και τα στέλνουν μαζεμένα: μια φορά στο τρίμηνο και πάλι καλά. Μας έχει τύχει να καθυστερήσουν επί οχτάμηνο (τον πρώτο καιρό της πανδημίας). Αυτό τινάζει τον οικονομικό προγραμματισμό των πελατών στον αέρα. Να σημειώσω δε ότι στα παραστατικά των κοινοχρήστων για Οκτώβριο-Νοέμβριο-Δεκέμβριο δεν υπάρχει μέτρηση για τη θέρμανση. Συνεπώς, θα μας έρθει η θέρμανση τριών μηνών μαζεμένη, λόγω της απαράδεκτης πρακτικής αυτής της εταιρείας. Συντήρηση πολυκατοικίας: κλείνουν ραντεβού, στα οποία δεν έρχονται. Όταν τελικά έρχεται ο τεχνικός τους, απλά διαπιστώνει ότι "όλα είναι εντάξει" και φεύγει. Επειδή όμως υπάρχουν ζητήματα που επιμένουν, όταν έρχεται άλλο συνεργείο, ειδικό για τη συγκεκριμένη δουλειά, διαπιστώνεται ότι υπάρχουν εκτεταμένες ζημιές. Πώς ακριβώς διαπίστωσε ο τεχνικός της εταιρείας ότι "όλα είναι εντάξει", ενώ υπήρχαν βουλωμένα φρεάτια και σιφόνια, ενώ η αντλία για τα όμβρια είχε καεί κι ήθελε αντικατάσταση για να μην πλημμυρίσει το υπόγειο, ενώ ο σωλήνας της ήταν βουλωμένος με χώμα, φύλλα, ακόμα και ρίζες; Completely inconsistent in their obligations to customers. They issue and deliver the utility bills not every month as they should, but much less frequently, at which time they send them together: once a quarter and again well. s	stavros houiris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unreliable, I called them today and yesterday and no one answered. I need to do a bill print for a building I manage and can't because of their lack of attendance. Not to mention they're very limited in what they offer, for example they don't offer billing in digital format which makes it annoying because i need to be there to distribute the bills rather than simply sending them out through email. I'm starting to consider switching to a different company or better yet doing it myself since excel isn't all that difficult to use.
