S	Stasa Tsatsiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!! Ασυνεπείς, δεν σηκώνουν τηλέφωνο και αν είσαι τυχερός κ το σηκώσει κάποιος δεν ξέρει να απαντήσει ( αναφέρομαι στο παράρτημα της μεταμόρφωσης). Unacceptable !! Inconsistent, they do not pick up the phone and if you are lucky and pick it up someone does not know how to answer (I refer to the annex of the transformation).

Α	Ανδρέας Ροκος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι πελατης πανω απο 4 χρόνια όσων αφορά την οδική βοήθεια δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο. Όσον αφορά το συνεργείο σε μικρό τρακαρισμα που είχα έκαναν τσαπατσοδουλεια και αναγκάστηκα να ξανά παω γιατί κατά την παραδοση του αυτοκινήτου μου έμεινε το φλας στο χέρι. Ο χειρότερος απο ολους με διαφορά ήταν ο υπάλληλος από τις ζημιές ο οποίος αν και ήταν στο τηλεφωνο πολυ εξυπηρετικος, οταν παρεδωσα το αμάξι μόνος του μου είπε για ανταλλακτικά που δεν μπήκαν ποτε αλλά επισκευαστηκαν τα παλια μου εδωσε χρόνο παραδωσεις μέσα στον οποίο δεν ήταν έτοιμο το αμάξι αλλά ουτε ήξεραν μετά ποτε τελικά θα ειναι. Τέλος κατά την παραλαβει και δείχνοντας του την τσαπατσοδουλεια που έχει γίνει ήταν πολυ ειρωνικος τυπου και τι θες να γίνει τώρα.... Πόσα λογια θα πουμε ακόμα! I have been a customer for over 4 years in terms of roadside assistance and I have no complaints. As for the workshop, in a small accident that I had, they did a lot of work and I had to go again because during the delivery of the car, the flash was left in my hand. The worst of all by far was the employee from the damage who although he was very helpful on the phone, when I delivered the car he told me about spare parts that never came in but the old ones were repaired he gave me delivery time in which he was not ready the car but they did not even know when it would finally be. Finally, when he received it and showed him the mess that has been done, he was very ironic and what do you want to be done now .... How many more words will we say!

Εκεί υπάρχει άρτιο συνεργείο με αψογους επαγγελματίες και γνωστές του αντικειμένου. Δεν κοροϊδεύουν και οι τιμές είναι ασυναγώνιστες Except that it is the most comprehensive insurance at least for vehicles. There is an excellent workshop with impeccable professionals and acquaintances of the subject. They are not kidding and the prices are unbeatable

Έφτιαξαν και έβαψαν τον πίσω προφυλακτήρα άψογα και μέσα στο χρονικό διάστημα που μου είχαν πει. Εντυπωσιάστηκα με τα μέτρα καθαριότητας μέσα στο αυτοκίνητο (καλυμμένα καθίσματα, τιμόνι, λεβιές ταχυτήτων...) Flawless professionals (damage department, workshop) and very kind. They repaired and painted the rear bumper perfectly and within the time they had told me. I was impressed with the cleanliness inside the car (covered seats, steering wheel, gear levers ...)
T	Themis Vasilopoulos (Θέμης Βασιλόπουλος) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν γνωρίζω αν στο εν λόγω φανοποιείο επισκευάζουν καλά μόνο προφυλακτήρες και πόρτες, στην δική μου προσωπική εμπειρία πάντως οι υπηρεσίες μόνο απογοητευτικές μπορεί να είναι. Και εξηγώ.. Από τις 21 Φεβρουαρίου το όχημα μου βρίσκεται στο συγκεκριμένο φανοποιείο, ακόμα αναμένουν ανταλλακτικά χωρίς να μου εξηγούν ποια ακριβώς ανταλλακτικά αναμένουν, η ενημέρωση ανεπαρκής με γενικότητες και αερολογίες τίποτα συγκεκριμένο τόσο καιρό μετά. Δυστυχώς έχω ταλαιπωρηθεί και ταλαιπωρούμαι πολύ με το συγκεκριμένο φανοποιείο και από ότι φαίνεται θα έχει και συνέχεια μέχρι να δω σε τι κατάσταση θα παραλάβω το όχημά μου μετά από τόσο καιρό. Ακόμα και αναφορά διαμαρτυρίας που έστειλα στην εταιρεία, δεν μπήκαν καν στον κόπο να επικοινωνήσουν με τον πελάτη τους για δώσουν τις δικές τους εξηγήσεις! Σεβασμός στους πελάτες, το Θεμέλιο των εταιρειών! Θα επανέλθω με νεότερη κριτική γιατί θα τραβήξει πολύ ακόμα αυτή η ταλαιπωρία. I do not know if in this body shop only repairs bumpers and doors well, in my personal experience however the services can only be disappointing. And I explain .. As of February 21, my vehicle is in the specific body shop, they are still waiting for spare parts without explaining to me exactly what spare parts they are expecting, the information is insufficient with generalities and aerologies, nothing specific so long after. Unfortunately I have suffered and I suffer a lot with this body shop and from what it seems it will continue until I see in what condition I will receive my vehicle after so long. Even a protest report I sent to the company, they did not even bother to contact their customer to give their own explanations! Respect for customers, the foundation of companies! I will come back with a newer critique because this suffering will take a lot longer.
