★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλές τιμές σε ασφάλιστρα, ευγενικό προσωπικό και γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση. Σε ιδιαίτερες περιπτώσεις (επανατύπωση συμβολαίου, αναζήτηση δελτίου συμβάντος κοκ) υπάρχει καθυστέρηση χωρίς πρακτικό λόγο. Επίσης είναι πολύ σημαντικό να μπει η εταιρία και στον φιλικό διακανονισμό αλλά χωρίς αύξηση ασφαλίστρων. Τυπικότατοι στις υπενθυμίσεις τους για τη λήξη συμβολαίου. Πάντα 30 μέρες πριν αλλα και όταν πλησιάζει η ημερομηνία. Το υποκατάστημα Πάτρας βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία όπου μπορεί ο πελάτης να εξυπηρετηθεί εύκολα χωρίς να αγχώνεται για το παρκάρισμα. Η αίθουσα θέλει μια ανανέωση γιατί είναι ίδια εδώ και πάρα πολλά χρόνια.
