★ ★ ★ ★ ★ η χειροτερη εμπειρια που θα μπορουσε να εχει επαγγελματιας απο επισημο σερβις pioneer
μακαρι να ειχε "μειον' αστερια να βαλω
αγοραστηκε μια pioneer sx3 κονσολα
δυστυχως δεν βγηκε απο το κουτι παρα μονο ενα μηνα μετα την αγορα ως εκ τουτου χαθηκε το doa τω 7 ημερων
αλλα λες "pioneer ειναι τι θα μπορουσε να συμβει κακο"??
η κονσολα τοποθετηθηκε σε επαγγελματικο χωρο στον οποιο για τρια χρονια δουλευε απροσκοπτα η προηγουμενη γενια (sx 2) και γ αυτο και η αγορα της sx3
η χρηση για την οποια προοριζοταν ηταν,απο το πρωι μεχρι το βραδυ μια εξωτερικη πηγη (ενα pc στην προκειμενη περιπτωση) θα ηταν κουμπωμενο πανω σε μια εξοδο της κονσολας και θα επαιζε μουσικη απο ενα προγραμμα χαλαρα.....
τις βρδυνες ωρες ενας dj κανωντας χρηση της καρτας ηχου πια της κονσολας με το λαπτοπ του θα επαιζε μουσικη
με λιγα λογια στανταρ χρηση
out of the box η κονσολα εκανε διακοπες στην χρηση με το pc και την εξωτερικη γραμμη ηχου......εκει που επαιζε ο ηχος απλα σταματαγε και ξεκιναγε παλι μετα απο μισο δευτερολεπτο
σταλθηκε intersys....η επισημη απαντηση ειναι πως "ηθελε αναβαθμιση το firmware" και πως "την φτιαξαμε και σας την στελνουμε
δεκα μερες μετα η κονσολα ηταν στα χερια μας (σημειωση,πηγαινοερχοταν στη μυκονο)
με το κουμπωσα πανω το pc ,και με διαφορες αλλες πηγες για να ειμαστε σιγουροι η κονσολα εκανε ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΕΣ διακοπες....αυξηθηκε ο χρονος διακοπης του ηχου
ξανα στην intersys για δευτερη φορα
10 μερες μετα !!! ο τεχνικος μας ελεγε πως δεν βλεπει τιποτα λαθος,μια χαρα δουλευει το μηχανημα.....καποια στιγμη ως δια μαγειας ανακαλυψε πως λεμε αληθεια...και παραγγειλε πλακετα καινουρια να αλλαξει....γιατι ετσι "θα γινει καινουρια η κονσολα" λες και δεν ηταν ηδη
15 μερες μετα !!!! ειχαμε τη κονσολα στα χερια μας.....
επαιζε οκ με την εξωτερικη πηγη ηχου
ΑΛΛΑ.....
με το που ξεκινησαμε το βραδυ να παιξουμε με την καρτα ηχου της κονσολας και ενα λαπτοπ,αρχισε να βγαζει ενα τρομερο θορυβο στον αερα και να κοβει τον ηχο ξερα.....εκει που επαιζες....μιλαμε παντα για μαγαζι ΜΕ ΚΟΣΜΟ ,ετσι?
ΦΥΣΙΚΑ ΔΟΚΙΜΑΣΑΜΕ ΔΙΑΦΟΡΕΤΙΚΑ ΛΑΠΤΟΠ ΜΕ ΔΙΑΦΟΡΕΤΙΚΑ SPECKS τα οποια σε ολα ηταν κορυφαια
ξανα αθηνα στην intersys η κονσολα ΓΙΑ ΤΡΙΤΗ ΦΟΡΑ
αυτη τη φορα περιμεναμε δυο βδομαδες γτ ο τεχνικος που την ειχε αναλαβει ειχε καποιο ατυχημα ΚΑΙ ΔΕΝ ΥΠΗΡΧΕ ΑΛΛΟΣ ΝΑ ΤΟΝ ΑΝΤΙΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΣΕΙ!!!
καποια στιγμη καποιος ανελαβε τελικα....αναγκαστηκα να του πω την ιστορια οοοολη απο την αρχη....
η μονιμη απαντηση ηταν "την εχουμε δυο μερες και παιζει σερι ,δεν εχει προβλημα'
το οτι ολη η αγορα βραζει με τις προβληματικες sx3?το οτι μιλατε με καποιον που ΚΑΤΑΛΑΒΑΙΝΕΙ δεν ειναι ασχετος?το οτι επι 2μιση μηνες ταλαιπωρειται εναν επαγγελματια και κατα συνεπεια μια ολοκληρη επιχειρηση?
Η ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΗ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ ΠΟΥ ΕΧΩ ΠΟΤΕ ΣΤΑ 30 ΧΡΟΝΙΑ ΠΟΥ ΕΙΜΑΙ ΣΤΟ ΧΩΡΟ ΑΝΤΙΜΕΤΩΠΙΣΕΙ
τελικα αναγκαστηκαμε να την παρουμε χαλασμενη απο την αντιπροσωπεια και προσπαθουμε να βρουμε λυση με τα κεντρικα

I wish he had "less" stars to put
bought a pioneer sx3 console
unfortunately it did not come out of the box until one month after the purchase, therefore the 7-day doa was lost
but you say "pioneer is what could go wrong" ??
the console was placed in a professional space in which the previous generation (sx 2) worked smoothly for three years and therefore the market of sx3
the use for which it was intended was, from morning until night an external source (a pc in this case) would be buttoned on an outlet of the console and would play music from a program loosely .....
in the evening hours a dj using the sound card now of the console with his laptop would play music
in short standard use
out of the box the console made interruptions in use with the pc and the external audio line ...... where the sound was playing it just stopped and started again after half a second
was sent intersys .... the official answer is that "the firmware wanted upgrade" and that "we made it and we send it to you
ten days later the console was in our hands (note, it was coming and going in mykonos)
I clicked it on the pc, and with various other sources to be sure the console made WORSE interruptions .... the interruption time of the audio was increased
back to intersys for the second time
10 days later !!! the technician told us that he sees nothing wrong, the machine works fine ..... at some point he magically discovered that we are telling the truth ... and ordered a new board to change .... because that way "the console will be new "as if it were not already
15 days later !!!! we had the console in our hands .....
played ok with the external audio source
BUT.....
as soon as we started playing with the console sound card and a laptop at night, it started making a terrible noise in the air and cutting off the sound I knew ..... where you were playing .... we always talk about a WORLD shop ,so?
OF COURSE WE TRIED DIFFERENT LAPTOPS WITH DIFFERENT SPECKS which were top notch in everything
athens again in intersys the console FOR THE THIRD TIME
this time we waited for two weeks because the technician who had undertaken it had an accident AND THERE WAS NO OTHER TO REPLACE HIM !!!
at some point someone finally took over .... I had to tell him the story oool from the beginning ....
the permanent answer was "we have it for two days and it plays in a row, it has no problem '
the fact that the whole market is boiling with the problematic sx3; the fact that you are talking to someone who UNDERSTANDS is not irrelevant?
THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE NEVER HAVE IN THE 30 YEARS I HAVE BEEN IN THE AREA TREATED
finally we had to get it damaged by the dealership and we try to find a solution with the central
