★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι στο κέντρο .Συμβαλόμενο με ολα τα ταμεία ,κανουν πληθώρα εξετάσεων ,προσφέρουν και πακέτα. Καθαρός χώρος με εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.Γρήγορες απαντήσεις ,έχω πάει πολλές φορές και εγώ και συγγενικά μού πρόσωπα και έχω μείνει ευχαριστημένος.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακιστη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Παρόλο που είχαμε κλείσει ραντεβού για τεστ κορονοιου πριν μέρες έπρεπε να περιμένεις σε ουρά για μια ώρα μέσ τον ήλιο μαζί με walk in πελάτες οι οποίοι έμπαιναν χωρίς να τηρείτε καμία σειρά προτεραιότητας.
Poor customer service. Although we had an appointment for a coronary test days ago, you had to wait in line for an hour in the sun with walk-in customers who came in without following any order of priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ραντεβου για PCR δεν κλεινει και περιμενεις σε μια ουρα μαζι με τους rapid test και παραβιαζοντας πολλοι την "σειρα".
Το προσωπικο ευχαριστο με σκοπο την διασκεδαση και λιγοτερο την αμεση εξυπηρετηση.
PCR appointments do not close and you wait in line with the rapid tests and many violating the "order".
The staff is pleasant for the purpose of entertainment and less for the immediate service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το πρωί έκανα μοριακό τεστ για να πάω για δουλειά αυριο το πρωί ,με ενημερώνουν πως θα έχω τα αποτελέσματα στο mail μου μετά τις 20:00 την ίδια μέρα...Καμμία απάντηση ακόμα ,και αν είναι θετικό το αποτέλεσμα πως θα ενημερώσω την δουλειά μου?Αύριο πρωί τελευταία στιγμή?????Εντελώς μα εντελώς ασυνεπείς!!!
