★ ★ ★ ★ ★ δεν παραδίδουν ποτέ την παραγγελία στην προκαθορισμένη ώρα. Απλά μη επαγγελματισμός!!! Πως τυχαίνει να είμαι πάντοτε ο τελευταίος στο δρομολόγιό τους και να παραλαμβάνω το απόγευμα, δεν μπορώ να το καταλάβω!!!!
 never deliver the order at the scheduled time. Just unprofessionalism !!! How it happens that I am always the last on their route and pick up in the afternoon, I can not understand !!!!

Παραγγείλαμε ένα προϊόν από Κατερίνη το μεσημέρι,και το επόμενο πρωί το μεγάλο κιβώτιο ήταν ήδη στον Ασπρόπυργο! Συνεχίστε έτσι την καλή δουλειά που ξέρετε να κάνετε!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου τους. Εκτός του ότι η κυρία δεν έδωσε το όνομά της όταν ζητήθηκε, με έβαλε αμέσως σε αναμονή τουλάχιστον για 25 λεπτά και έπεσε η γραμμή. Ακολούθως ξανακάλεσα και δεν το σήκωναν. Δυστυχώς προσβάλλει την εικόνα της εταιρείας.
Unacceptable behavior of their call center. Except that the lady did not give her name when asked, she immediately put me on hold for at least 25 minutes and the line dropped. Then I called again and they did not pick it up. Unfortunately, it tarnishes the image of the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν κάλεσα στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο για να ρωτήσω αν γνωρίζουν τι ώρα θα περάσουν να πάρουν από την εταιρεία που δουλεύω ένα δέμα για αποστολή, η πρώτη μου σκέψη ήταν "αποκλείεται να κάλεσα σε εταιρεία, έκανα λάθος". Απαράδεκτη αγένεια, πραγματικά δε μου έχει ξανατύχει. Οι μεταφορείς με έστησαν 1,5 ώρα, αλλά ήταν πρόθυμοι και ευγενικοί. Δε μπαίνω στον κόπο συνήθως να γράφω κακές κριτικές, αλλά πραγματικά η κυρία που σήκωσε το τηλέφωνο ήταν το κάτι άλλο. Πελάτες είμαστε παιδιά, όχι τα παιδιά σας ούτε οι φίλοι σας.
When I called the call center to ask if they knew what time it would take to get a parcel from the company I work for, my first thought was "it's impossible to call a company, I was wrong". Unacceptable rudeness, it has never really happened to me. The carriers set me up for 1.5 hours, but they were willing and polite. I don't usually bother writing bad reviews, but really the lady who picked up the phone was something else. We are children customers, not your children or your friends.
