Πρώτη φορά συνάντησα γεύση σε βρώμη χωρίς να μου δημιουργήσει σύγχυση στο στομάχι. Οι οδηγίες, όπισθεν της συσκευασιας, με ενθουσίασαν και μπορώ να πω ότι είναι ελάχιστες οι φορές που κάποιο προϊόν μου έδωσε την ευκαιρία να σκεφτώ ιδέες μαγειρέματος και σερβιρίσματος.
The product "Millhouse - Quick Oats" is the reason why I started eating oatmeal again, after about 10 years. I first encountered the taste of oats without confusing my stomach. The instructions on the back of the package excited me and I can say that there are very few times when a product gave me the opportunity to think of cooking and serving ideas.

Αγοράσα αλλοιωμένα δημητριακά (εντός ημερομηνίας λήξης) και αντί να το καταγγείλω στον ΕΦΕΤ, ενημέρωσα τηλεφωνικά την εταιρεία όπου η υπεύθυνη ποιότητας αντί να ζητήσει ένα συγγνώμη τουλάχιστον (έστω που δεν τους κατήγγειλα), αυθαίρετα έριξε την ευθύνη στο σούπερ μάρκετ! Ζήτησε να δώσω το προϊόν σε κούριερ της εταιρείας για να προβούν σε έλεγχο (ή να μην διατηρήσω αποδεικτικό στοιχείο). Ούτε μου έστειλε κάποιο προϊόν αντικατάστασης, ούτε καν με ρώτησε για το χρηματικό κόστος του προϊόντος που ζήτησε να επιστρέψω! Ασέβεια, έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού και ανηθικότητα.
Behavior towards the customer is unacceptable. I bought spoiled cereals (within the expiration date) and instead of reporting it to EFET, I informed the company by phone where instead of apologizing at least (even if I didn't report them), the quality manager arbitrarily blamed the supermarket! He asked me to give the product to a company courier so that they could check (or not keep a receipt). Neither did he send me a replacement product, nor did he even ask me about the cost of the product he asked me to return! Disrespect, lack of professionalism and immorality.
