I visited the office to buy an apartment and the clerk was very helpful she showed me many properties and at affordable prices. I highly recommend it.

Όταν ψάχναμε εμείς για αγορά, τα ίδια σπίτια τα είχαν ακριβότερα απο άλλους μεσίτες. Πριν πάτε λοιπόν, κάντε καλή αναζήτηση στο διαδίκτυο. Τις περισσότερες φορές, τα σπίτια τα έχουν κι άλλοι μεσίτες. Η προσωπική μου εμπειρία ήταν αρνητική. Είδαμε ένα σπίτι μαζί τους για αγορά και υπογράψαμε σύμβαση μεσιτείας. Μετά απο 1 εβδομάδα, θελήσαμε να δούμε ξανά το σπίτι. Όντως κανόνισαν το ραντεβού με τους ιδιοκτήτες του σπιτιού, αλλά ο μεσίτης δεν εμφανίστηκε ποτέ, χωρίς φυσικά να μας ενημερώσει. Μόνο όταν φτάσαμε μάθαμε απο τους ιδιοκτήτες ότι δεν θα ερχόταν και κατευθείαν καταγράψαμε το γεγονός ως αιτία που θα μπορούσε να προσβάλει την εγκυρότητα της σύμβασης που υπογράψαμε. Σας συστήνω να καταγράφετε κάθε τι που αφορά την παροχή υπηρεσιών. Τότε αποφασίσαμε ότι αυτό που προσδωκούσαμε εμείς ως ποιοτικές υπηρεσίες μεσιτείες και αυτό που προσέφερε το συγκεκριμένο γραφείο δεν μπορούσαν να συντονιστούν και απορρίψαμε κάθε πιθανότητα μελλοντικής συνεργασίας. Aυτό φυσικά συνιστά προσωπική εμπειρία και επιλογή ως προς τι προσδωκούμε ως πελάτες. If you are looking for homes, see if other offices have the same homes. When we were looking for a market, the same houses were more expensive than other brokers. So before you go, do a good internet search. Most of the time, other brokers have houses. My personal experience was negative. We saw a house with them for purchase and signed a brokerage contract. After 1 week, we wanted to see the house again. They did arrange an appointment with the owners of the house, but the broker never showed up, without informing us. Only when we arrived did we learn from the owners that it would not come and we directly recorded the event as a reason that could offend the validity of the contract we signed. I recommend that you record everything related to the provision of services. Then we decided that what we were offering as quality brokerage services and what this office offered could not be coordinated and we rejected any possibility of future cooperation. This of course is a personal experience and a choice as to what we expect as customers.

Αντί να πουν πως ψάχνουν ακίνητα προς πώληση η μάλλον προς ενοικιάσει γιατί πλέον κανείς δεν τους πιστεύει κ εάν δεν έχεις 1.000€ για ενοίκιο η 500.000€ για αγορά δεν ασχολούνται μαζί σου. Έβγαλαν κ μοίρασαν αυτό, ένα φυλλάδιο που γράφει πως δραστηριοποιούνται στο real estate 20 χρόνια!!! Πείτε μου παρακαλώ έναν υπάλληλο σας που να εργάζεται σε εσάς πρώτα πάνω από 10 χρόνια κ αφήστε τα 20 χρόνια για τους άλλους. Κ κάτι ακόμα, γράφετε εδώ: Έχουμε την ικανότητα να αξιολογήσουμε στην σωστή αξία ώστε να πουληθεί στην υψηλότερη τιμή;;; Καλά το διάβασα;; Δηλαδή εγώ σαν αγοραστής θα το αγοράσω από εσάς στην υψηλότερη τιμή της αγοράς ώστε να πάρετε υψηλότερη προμήθεια; Όπως επίσης κ τα ενοίκια στην υψηλότερη τιμή. Να μην έχετε λογικές τιμές κ να λέτε εδώ καλαμάρια είναι... Ωραίοι βρε; Μπράβο σας..!!! Good evening! Once again, the best and biggest real estate agent in the corner squid neighborhood was original.
