Nach einer Woche auf der Fahrt nach Deutschland ist mein Auto auf halbe Strecke stecken geblieben in Serbien. Die haben mehr mein Auto kaputt gemacht als Service. Jeder Straßen Werkstatt ist besser als die!! Nie wieder !!! Did a full service, they couldn't fix my lights. After a week of driving to Germany, my car got stuck halfway in Serbia. They broke my car more than they did service. Any street repair shop is better than that!! Never again !!!

Επισκέφτηκα με την σύζυγό μου την αντιπροσωπεία για μια απλή αλλαγή λαδιών μετά από τα ραντεβού το οποίο είχα κλείσει. Ανέλαβαν το αυτοκίνητο χωρίς καμία καθυστέρηση. Προσφέρθηκαν να μας κεράσουν καθότι θα έπρεπε να περιμένουμε. Τελικώς μας οδήγησαν με δικό τους όχημα στην πόλη, χωρίς να πάρουμε ταξί, για να μην περιμένουμε στην αντιπροσωπεία. Μας παρέδωσαν το αυτοκίνητο χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα και μας αποχαιρέτησαν με χαμόγελο. Absolutely happy with the service I received. My wife and I visited the dealership for a simple oil change after the appointments I had booked. They took over the car without any delay. They offered to treat us as we would have to wait. Eventually they drove us to the city in their own vehicle, without taking a taxi, so as not to wait at the dealership. They handed us the car without any problems and said goodbye with a smile.
