Παναγιώτη Καραλιγκα ήταν άψογη,φοβερός επαγγελματίας πολυ εξυπηρετικός φιλικός γνωστής του αντικειμένου!!!! I just received my new car! The service I had from Mr. Panagiotis Karaligas was impeccable, awesome professional, very helpful, friendly, familiar with the subject !!!!
Σ	Σπύρος Ηλιάδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Να ξεκινήσουμε από τα βασικά. Είχα ραντεβού για service στης 9:30 και έπιασαν το αμάξι στης 10:20. Ήθελαν να βγάλουν τα λάδια του κινητήρα με αναρρόφηση(σε καινούργιο αμάξι πρώτη αλλαγή λαδιών) επειδή βέβαια δεν ήθελαν να το σηκώσουν στη ράμπα και να βγάλουν και το προστατευτικό σίδερο που έχει από κάτω για να ανοίξουν την τάπα. Το service είχε διάρκεια 1 ώρα και δεν μου πρόσφεραν ούτε ένα ποτήρι νερό. Παρόλο τις προσπάθειες κάποιων εκεί μέσα να την σώσουν την κατάσταση με την ευγένεια τους το αποκορύφωμα ήταν στο τέλος που πήγα να κόψω τιμολόγιο και η κυρία στο ταμείο ήταν αγενέστατη. Κύριοι με τέτοια συμπεριφορά δεν θα με ξανά δείτε ούτε με κυάλια. Κρίμα γιατί κάποτε που πήγαινα στον Ζώτο στα Γιαννιτσά η συμπεριφορά,η εξυπηρέτηση και το όλο στήσιμο του συνεργείου ήταν πολύ επαγγελματική όπως αρμόζει στην VW Let's start with the basics. I had an appointment for service at 9:30 and they picked up the car at 10:20. They wanted to remove the engine oils by suction (in a new car first oil change) because of course they did not want to lift it on the ramp and take out the protective iron that is underneath to open the cap. The service lasted 1 hour and they did not offer me a single glass of water. Despite the efforts of some in there to save the situation with their kindness the culmination was at the end I went to cut the invoice and the lady at the checkout was very rude. Gentlemen with such behavior will not see me again even with binoculars. Too bad because once I went to Zotos in Giannitsa the behavior, the service and the whole set up of the workshop was very professional as befits VW

Παροτι δεν βρισκεται στην πολη που κατοικω η αντιπροσωπεια ηταν απο τις πιο σωστες αποφασεις να ερθω στην Ιωαννιδης. Ευχαριστω πολυ! I just received the new car from the dealership and I have to say a big thank you to Panagiotis for the service, the speed of processing the documents, as well as for the thorough guidance to make the right decision. Although it is not located in the city where I live, the delegation was one of the most correct decisions to come to Ioannidis. Thank you very much!

Από την πρώτη μέρα που επισκέφθηκα την αντιπροσωπεία όταν ακόμα βρισκόμουν στο στάδιο της έρευνας αγοράς μέχρι και την ημέρα που παρέλαβα το κλειδί του αυτοκινήτου η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού της συγκεκριμένης αντιπροσωπείας ήταν άψογη και απολύτως επαγγελματική. Συγχαρητήρια και εύχομαι ότι καλύτερο για το 2022. Επίσης ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στον κ. Δερμιτζάκη Γεώργιο (τον οποίο γνώρισα απο την πρώτη ημέρα που επισκέφθηκα την αντιπροσωπεία και ήταν αυτός ο οποίος μου παρέδωσε το αυτοκινητο), ο οποίος παρά το γεγονός ότι 25 χρόνια είναι στις πωλήσεις, συνεχίζει να εξυπηρετεί με την ίδια όρεξη και φιλική διάθεση τους πελάτες. 3 weeks ago I received my new VW car from this dealership and I can say that I was completely satisfied with its services. From the first day I visited the dealership when I was still in the market research stage until the day I received the car key, the behavior of the dealership staff was impeccable and completely professional. Congratulations and I wish you all the best for 2022. Also a big congratulations to Mr. Dermitzakis Georgios (whom I met from the first day I visited the dealership and he was the one who handed me the car), who despite the fact that 25 years is in sales, continues to serve customers with the same appetite and friendliness.
