Immaculately clean, everything works, well equipped & clearly a lot of effort made to ensure the boat is great condition for your charter. Chris is always available by sms or phone for advice on route, latest weather/wind forecasts etc. Thoroughly recommended - you won’t find better!

He is very knowledgeable and passionate about sailing - his boat was immaculate and he clearly explained the basics of sailing to us, how things worked and why we were doing them. He took us to a local bay where we could swim and showed us the local landmarks and places of interest. I would definitely recommend Ionian Blue Sailing!

With 4 onboard I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the boat was with 3 cabins & 2 shower rooms. The attention to detail on this beautiful, well equipped boat made my first sailing experience a great success. I loved it !!

T	Tim Neill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had the pleasure of a week sailing Isabella, Ionian Blue’s 39 foot Bavaria sloop. Over the past seven years, I have skippered six different Bavaria yachts during 13 weeks of Ionian sailing and Isabella stands head and shoulders above them all. The boat was in immaculate condition, above and below deck. Flotilla boats lead a hard life and unfortunately it shows … we’ve had genoas and main sails jamming, doorknobs falling off, heads spraying us through leaky seals, faulty instruments, engine oil leaks and splintered boarding planks (Isabella has an aluminium passerelle). The first time we used the out-haul to raise the main sail it whizzed out like a dream, same experience easily furling and unfurling the huge 140 genoa. To my engineering mind, this speaks volumes about the care and maintenance of the on-deck equipment. Down below, I noted that hoses appeared new and were fitted with top rate jubilee clips. Crockery, glasses and cutlery were all good quality. Chris gave us the most thorough briefing we’ve ever had, packed with tips on getting the most out of the boat and he was available by text/phone throughout the trip whenever we had a query. Immaculate and great quality (interior and exterior, including all equipment), sails beautifully, easy to handle, clear instructions and labelling for first time users - highly recommend. Chris’ handover, daily support, simple dos and don’ts, knowledge of the area and weather reports are spot on. His attention to detail, coupled with sailing passion, expertise and patience, allows for a perfect experience. I’ve sailed Isabella several times, and in comparison to similar boats of age and spec, she’s outstanding. An owner of pride. Regularly maintained to a high level, (pre, mid and post season). You won’t be disappointed - you’ll love her!
