Β	Βασίλης Στρατόπουλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι..... Είχα προορισμό την Καφαλονια για επαγγελματικό ταξίδι μέσω Αγρινίου. Κάλεσα στο τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι το καράβι κάνει δύο ώρες περίπου για Σάμη.... Ενώ είχα επιλογή να ταξιδέψω μέσω Πάτρας, τελικώς επέλεξα το δικό τους δρομολόγιο. Όταν έφθασα στον Αστακό με ενημέρωσαν ότι το καράβι βρίσκεται για ετήσιο έλεγχο και ότι έχει αντικατασταθεί με παντόφλα το οποίο δένει πρώτα Ιθάκη και μετά Σάμη με αποτέλεσμα το δίωρο ταξίδι να μετατραπεί σε τετραωρο!!!!. Αφήστε που μόλις βγήκε από το λιμάνι άρχισε ήδη να κουνάει..... Εννοείται πως για κάποια έκπτωση ούτε λογος. Ένα ΙΧ και δύο άτομα 66,50€. Πραγματικό δούλεμα..... Κρίμα... Unacceptable ..... I was going to Kafalonia for a business trip through Agrinio. I called on the phone and was told that the boat is about two hours to Sami .... While I had the choice to travel through Patras, I finally chose their own itinerary. When I arrived at Astakos I was informed that the boat is in annual check and that it has been replaced with a slipper which first binds Ithaca and then Sami and as a result the two hour trip turns into a four hour !!!! Let it just come out of the port it has already started swinging ..... It goes without saying that for some discount or reason. One car and two people 66.50 €. Real job ..... Worm ...
N	Nikos Konstantinidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μονόδρομος για όσους θέλουν να αποφύγουν Πάτρα και Κυλλήνη λόγω υψηλού κόστους. Εξυπηρετεί κυρίως την Ιθάκη,την Αιτωλοακαρνανία και την Βόρεια Ελλάδα. Το δρομολόγιο Αστακός-Σάμη έχει στάση ενδιάμεση στην Ιθάκη στο λιμάνι Πισαετος και μετά δένει στη Σάμη.Εχει διαρκεια 3 ώρες με καλό καιρό. Ο χρόνος αυξάνεται ανάλογα τον καιρό και το πλοίο που εκτελεί δρομολόγια.Τον χειμώνα έχει τύχει να βγει εκτός το Ionion Pelagos και να έχει ανοιχτό πλοιο στη θέση του. Υπάρχει σύνδεση από το Φισκάρδο της Κεφαλονιάς με Λευκάδα από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία και το δρομολόγιο είναι μόνο το καλοκαίρι και η διάρκεια του είναι 2,5 ωρες το οποίο ήταν ανταγωνιστικό ειδικά όταν δεν υπήρχε η Ιόνια Οδός γιατί ήταν πιο σύντομη η διαδρομή για την Λευκάδα. Στα αρνητικά είναι το ένα δρομολόγιο την ημέρα, όπου το καλοκαίρι γίνονται 2 ή 3 ειδικά στο Αστακος-Ιθακη-Σαμη One way for those who want to avoid Patras and Kyllini due to high costs. It mainly serves Ithaca, Aitoloakarnania and Northern Greece. The Astakos-Sami route stops in Ithaca at Pisetos Port and then connects to Sami. It lasts 3 hours with good weather. Time increases depending on the weather and the ferry. In winter it has managed to get out of Ionion Pelagos and have an open ship in place. There is a connection from Fiskardo of Kefalonia to Lefkada by this company and the itinerary is only summer and its duration is 2.5 hours which was competitive especially when there was no Ionian Road because the route to Lefkada was shorter. On the negative is one itinerary per day, where in summer there are 2 or 3 specials in Astakos-Ithaca-Sami
I	Internet Year on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11 Αυγούστου 2020 Δρομολόγιο από Ιθάκη για Σάμη το δρομολόγιο ήταν στις 16:15 ήρθε στις 18:00 το απόγευμα με καθυστέρηση, επειδή είχε άλλα δρομολόγια. Καθυστέρηση σχεδόν 2 ώρες! Χάσαμε ότι είχαμε προγραματίσει για το απόγευμα. Το θέμα με τις καθηστερήσεις και το έχω ακούσει και από άλλους. Ντροπή μόνο αυτό ο τουρίστας θα έχει αρνητική άποψη για το νησί της Ιθάκης επειδή δεν κάνετε καλά την δουλεία σας! August 11, 2020 Itinerary from Ithaca to Sami the itinerary was at 16:15 came at 18:00 in the afternoon with a delay, because it had other itineraries. Delay almost 2 hours! K	Kristia Lazarie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αυτή την στιγμή είμαστε στο λιμάνι και περιμένουμε να φυγουμε από Κεφαλλονιά για Αστακό. Το περίεργο είναι ότι ειναι 6 παρα 20 και έπρεπε το καράβι να ειναι εδω στις 5μμ!!!! Απλά περιμενουμε μεσα στον ήλιο σαν τους μαλακές, κατι που απ οτι μαθαίνω από τους ντόπιους ειναι καθημερινό φενομενο μιας και αντί για 5μμ οι επιβάτες φεύγουν ΜΕΤΑ τις 6.. τουλάχιστον. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ !!! Προσοχή! Μην εμπιστεύεστε την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία, προτιμήστε τις υπόλοιπες που φεύγουν από το ιδιο λιμανι και ειναι συνεπεστατες! We are currently at the port and waiting to leave Cephalonia for Astakos. The strange thing is that it is 6 to 20 and the boat had to be here at 5pm !!!! We just wait in the sun like the soft ones, something that from what I learn from the locals is a daily phenomenon since instead of 5pm the passengers leave AFTER 6 .. at least. AWAY !!! Caution! Do not trust this company, prefer the rest that leave the same port and are consistent!

Αναφέρω τις δύο εμπειρίες μου, μάλλον αντιπροσωπευτικές της χαμηλότατης ποιότητας της εταιρείας: 1) Τον Ιούνιο του 2020 (με ασφαλώς μειωμένο τουρισμό λόγω πανδημίας covid 19), υπήρξε καθυστέρηση 1 (;!) ώρας στο δρομολόγιο Πισαετός - Σάμη. 2) Στις 16 Αυγούστου του 2020, στο δρομολόγιο Αστακός - Πισαετός - Σάμη, το Ιόνιο Πέλαγος αφίχθη στο λιμάνι της Σάμης με 2 (!) ώρες καθυστέρηση στη 1.30μμ (!!!). Την ίδια ημέρα, με αρκετή ομολογουμένως κίνηση από και προς το νησί της Κεφαλονιάς, η Levante Ferries εκτέλεσε όλα τα δρομολόγια Πόρος - Κυλλήνη και αντίστροφα χωρίς καμία καθυστέρηση. Ενημερωτικά, την επόμενη ημέρα, 17 Αυγούστου, εργαζόμουν στο Αργοστόλι 8.30 πμ. Δεν είμαστε όλοι νυχτοπούλια και μάλλον δε μας αρέσει να πηγαίνουμε άγρυπνοι στη δουλειά μας... Καράβι σε τραγική κατάσταση, παμπάλαιο, πάρα πολύ αργό. Όπως φαίνεται και από άλλες κριτικές, μάλλον πρόκειται για πάγια τακτική της Ionion Pelagos Lines η μη τήρηση του ωραρίου. Σκέτη κοροϊδία, ανευθυνότητα και πλήρης αδιαφορία για τους επιβάτες. Ντροπή σας! Bad services Very tragic, from indifferent to immoral! I mention my two experiences, rather representative of the lowest quality of the company: 1) In June 2020 (with certainly reduced tourism due to pandemic covid 19), there was a delay of 1 (?!) Hours on the route Pisaetos - Sami. 2) On August 16, 2020, on the route Astakos - Pisaetos - Sami, the Ionian Sea arrived at the port of Sami with 2 (!) Hours delay at 1.30pm (!!!). On the same day, with a lot of admitted traffic to and from the island of Kefalonia, Levante Ferries operated all the routes Poros - Kyllini and vice versa without any delay. For information, the next day, August 17, I was working in Argostoli 8.30 am. We are not all night owls and we probably do not like to go to work awake ... Ship in tragic condition, very old, too slow. As can be seen from other reviews, it is probably a regular tactic of Ionion Pelagos Lines not to meet the schedule. Pure mockery, irresponsibility and complete indifference to passengers. Same on you!
C	Christos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 αστέρια ήθελα να βάλω αλλά δεν υπάρχει αυτή η δυνατότητα! Απαράδεκτη εταιρεία! Μεγάλες καθυστερήσεις στα δρομολόγια από και προς Ιθάκη και στα δρομολόγια από και προς Αστακό (αυτά από προσωπική εμπειρία).... Οι τιμές είναι ίδιες με της εταιρείας που πάει Κεφαλλονιά- Κυλλήνη. Επίσης η διάρκεια των ταξιδιών είναι πολύ μεγαλύτερη από αυτή που θα σας πουν στα εκδοτήρια εισιτηρίων! Τέλος το πλοίο Ionion Pelagos είναι πολύ παλιό, αργό και μικρό για αυτές τις διαδρομές. Με λίγο κύμα κουνάει πάρα πολύ! Επιπλέον, αν καλέσεις στα γραφεία για παράπονα θα σε παραπέμψουν στον κύριο Κώστα στο καράβι ο οποίος λένε είναι ο υπεύθυνος!!! Τουλάχιστον αντιεπαγγελματικό, κανένας σεβασμός στους πελάτες τους! I wanted to put 0 stars but this is not possible! Unacceptable company! Long delays on the itineraries to and from Ithaca and on the itineraries to and from Astakos (these from personal experience) .... The prices are the same as the company that goes to Cephalonia-Kyllini. Also the duration of the trips is much longer than what they will tell you at the ticket offices! Finally the ship Ionion Pelagos is very old, slow and small for these routes. With a little wave it shakes a lot! In addition, if you call the offices for complaints they will refer you to Mr. Costas on the boat who they say is the one in charge !!! At least unprofessional, no respect for their customers!

S	Stelios Vafidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were delayed in two separate days departing from and arriving at Kefalonia. Boat is rusty and steams at 10,8kn. Covid measures are inexistant. Our friend travels with a ferry from ANOTHER company and didn't have any delays (same price). As I'm writing this, another ferry from the same OTHER company is steaming behind us at 21kn (measured with marine traffic app)
